Property Ratings at Woodbridge Terrace
We scheduled an appointment to see one bed room unites, we went there and got the keys , we went to the building but the key didn’t open , we found a renter who opened for us the building door and we went up to see the apartment the key didn’t open too, we called mark he didn’t answer his phone, we went back to the rental office he gave us another keys for another apartment and same thing happened the keys didn’t open the building door so we left , it’s wasting of time to go there, no care & no good reception , I didn’t advice anyone to go there, we left and we found another apartment somewhere else.
I moved out after living two years in Woodbridge Terrace, This crooked management deducted more than $900 from security deposit for normal wear and tear, that any apartment will go thru after living for years, no matter what. I have lived in so many different cities and rental apartments and have taken top care of the apartment possible always. This is the first time ever, I am being made to pay on move out. This is ridiculous. No one else does this. If you decide to move in for any of the best rent NJ properties, be mentally prepared for getting robbed by these people !!!
I m a tenant here for more than 2 years, the reason we are here is we have a elementary school going kid. the only school which has a good rating in woodbridge school district is Mawbey street school. this apartment maps to that school, this is the main reason people are coming to this miserable place. the other reason is once you come here you are stuck with the one year contract, you cannot move out. other tenants posting good reviews here may be new or part of the management. Facts : this is a very old building with little to no sound proofing within each apartments. you can hear your neighbur flushing toilet, taking shower and midnight etc... you can hear ALL THE ACTIVITIES of people staying upstairs. if you have a kid consider this. Maintenance personal are very long timers working here and they dont care about tenants. snow removal is hardly done, during winter you will be walking on icy and slick pathways. after the record breaking blizzard in 2016 they have only one truck plowing the entire community and other communities managed by middlesex management. we could not even come out of the building since no one even cared to clean outside the door. such a big management company hardly spends anything for snow removal. they give you 1 year contract , you cannot break the contract without paying the full rent for 12 months ( you need to pay till another tenant comes to the apartment, there is no incentive for the management to fill your apartment unless some one specifically asks for this unit. No washer dryer within the building, but some tenants illegally keep washer dryer by paying the supervisors, this is fire and flood hazard but management does not care if your neighbor is noisy then there is no way ahead, you are stuck with the contract if you only care about your work commute to new york as most of the tenants here do, then move here or else find some other place, unfortunately in middlesex county , middlesex management is a monopoly management company, you have basically no where to go the rents are increasing 5% every year for the past 3 years.
Nice place to live. Good sized rooms and closets. Quiet and respectful neighbors. No problems with maintenance
Woodbridge Terrace is a very quiet place,,no body bothers you, seems very friendly, the staff was very helpful in helping us with questions we had concerning the apartment. The apartment we are living in now is very nice and clean, but had some miner problems that can be fix thru maintenance ..the mall being across the street is very helpful in shopping....the only major bad thing about living here is that we have to adjust to taking our clothes to the next building to wash clothes,,,we just have to get use to that,,,other than that ,,,quiet place.
