Woodbridge is one of the earliest planned communities built in the city of Irvine. Designers and architects planned the neighborhood with a great emphasis on livability and community. Probably the best value in Irvine apartment communities, this property is like no other anywhere in Irvine. Gorgeous, manicured landscape and meticulously maintained hardscape combine with thoughtfully designed units full of window light and surprising visual privacy. The staff are exceptional in every way: this property is run like a concierge, where management knows and cares about your family as individuals. Brian handles the oversight with expertise, along with Victor, Stephen and Soha, whose personal attention to detail and gracious professionalism exceeds any rental value anywhere else in the area. Amenties include exercise room, pool and jacuzzi, conveniently located laundry facilities, and walking distance to North Lake as well as shopping and dining. You get what you pay for here: a throwback to when apartment communities were a great place to live and call home!

I’m a single mom and lived here for almost 2 years. The management is a nightmare; not efficient at maintenance & community cleaning & safety. Wall unit for a/c is ineffective for bedroom in summer it barely cools directly in front of it. Dishwasher, stove, fans, tub enclosure all replaced during that time. Just getting an exterminator out for the black widows everywhere is a nightmare. There’s so many excuses for everything & nothing gets done. Laundry rooms are never cleaned & filthy. I’ve also had 2 men accost me within the community, so there’s a real sense that you’re not in the best most family friendly community. Police cars are routinely seen here & my neighbors tell me there was an armed robbery that occurred here a few years back. I don’t recommend living here.

My wife and I moved to Woodbridge because it was not only in a lovely part of town but also because it was a great price compared to other options in Irvine. The apartments are rather bare bones, but that is fine on a budget like ours. Somewhere along the way they decided to try to punch at a higher weight, and dramatically raised their prices. Not only that, but in our process of trying to renew they repeatedly tried to get us to renew at above their listed rates. Ultimately my wife and I chose to move as there are apartments with more amenities in nicer areas for the prices they are now asking, as many have done. They regularly have over 30 empty apartments due to this policy, as these apartments are simply not worth the price.
The apartments have a little wear and tear on them but still look good. The Rent up $120 after the first 14 months so that was a little bit of a hit. The best part is if any issues occurs that need fixed and a ticket is placed for a fix, it happens almost the verify next day! We have had about 3 things happen and all was taken care of immediately. The pool and hot tube are always clean and fun to swim in. Other than rent going up every year, the place is great and in good condition.
I living in Woodbridge Apartments from 2014-present. Everyone in the office is wonderful and always had answers to my questions. I find everyone very professional and friendly. Maintenance is always very efficient and cleans up after themselves whenever making a repair. Maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner. In my experience searching for housing in Irvine, the rent here was lower than other similar properties. You get a covered parking spot with a small overhead storage area within the spot. Guests can park in any uncovered spot or along the street during certain hours. Signs are posted on the streets. In my two years there my roommate and I never had an issue where we couldn't find any parking anywhere. I've had also no problems with noise or disrespectful neighbors. There are plenty of laundry rooms in the community,along with a nice gym and a swimming pool.Utilities bills are also lower than that of other Irvine Apartments Communities nearby. It is a very pleasant community. Ralphs and CVS are just one traffic light away. I walked up to get groceries often. The CVS is 24-hr which is great. You are a 10 minute walk from the Woodbridge Lake.San diego bike trail is also very near for people who like biking. I would definitely recommend checking this place to everyone.
