Wisteria Place will feature all modern conveniences such as a full kitchen (equipped with a refrigerator, range, microwave, garbage disposal, and dishwasher), hardwood style flooring in common areas, ceiling fans, and washers and dryer hookup in each apartment. Wisteria Place of Mabelton will offer beautiful community rooms including a kitchen, fitness center, resident gardens, covered gazebo, billiards room, theater, beauty salon, and business center with library. Additionally, there will be a picnic pavilion and butterfly garden perfect for enjoying a book, grilling, or visiting with neighbors. The community will offer a variety of scheduled social events which will be available to all residents.
