Also, not typically found, are the three separate Townhouses located centrally on the property that truly combines the feel of single family home living with the services of residential living. Each Townhouse has a frontage of 23'6", wider than most NYC Brownstone Buildings. They each have their own 2 car garage with private entrance. The basement and mudroom is where you will find the laundry facility and extra large laundry sink. The First Floor has a full sized kitchen with pantry. This is all located within walking distance to many shops and restaurants along with the train station.
