Community is good, nearby to the major retailers like costco, Target, Walmart and Publix. Rents are on the higher side as compared to the other nearby communities. Management should look into it and keep competitive rents.

So far so good. Rent is higher as compared to other communities in the nearby. Cleaning must be given utmost priority. Staircases and other open areas needs to be cleaned at once in a week.

Hello dear Resident , our community is a non smoking community but as we know some people will not follow the rules. This is always a tough one to handle because we have to see someone smoking typically to prove they are and then handle it at that time. So far it’s good. I am enjoying my stay here. Locality is nearby to all major shops like Costco, Walmart, Target, Publix. Community is good, but at the same there is room for improvement.

I wish there was a Valet Trash available since we need not worry about dumping the trash all by myself even while I am busy. In my case, the dumpster is far away and completely on the opposite side which makes it difficult to go there and dump trash every now and then.

Prime location! Excellent value for the cost of living here! Spacious apartment, good amenities, and easy access to the Big Creek Greenway. The staff is super nice and the maintenance staff is incredibly quick and responsive. My only note is that the apartment was dirty upon move in. For example, the dishwasher had food bits in it. Prepare to clean deeply!

What I love the most is the security! I feel very secured here especially after taking a walk and noticing officers live here as well. The beautiful layout of my apartment won me over especially the kitchen and living room! I also love the amenities especially by the pool area! Moved in last week and so far everything is perfect and enjoyable. Lara made the move in process very easy and fast. The community very clean and management and maintenance are continuous improving the property.
I have recently shifted here. Nice place to stay. Quick response to requests raised for the issues raised. While booking I had many issues but after moving in it’s good. I have booked the apartment and paid the advance fee and when I reached their office they said it is booked by someone else and I gave book other apartment. Finally I have some other apartment and paying 110$ extra now.
Wonderful maintenance team, very quickly and kindly help with any maintenance needs. We have been here for two years and we have enjoyed the experience.

This is a great apartment complex but it’s a little rundown. It needs minor upgrades, such as faucet fixtures, fireplace mantle, flooring and even the light switches. They are also a tad bit dirty. They could clean the breezeways and paint the paint the railings and it would be so much better.

I’ve been living at Windward Place for about 15 months, and I’m very happy with my experience. The maintenance team is great—they respond quickly and fix any issues without delay. The community is always clean, and the common areas are well-maintained. The staff is respectful and easy to talk to. They always make sure things get done on time, which is really nice. The maintenance service has been excellent, and they take care of requests quickly and thoroughly. Community and staff are fantastic. Main office, pool and gym are great. Maintenance is fantastic to work with. Neighborhood is mostly clean and the apartments do well to mask most noise.
Great maintenance, requests were taken care of in a professional and timely manner! If you don't live in the side of the neighborhood that has the trash, compactor, car wash, or park: the sidewalk situation is walking in the street and driving through 4 sets of gates to throw the trash out. The access to the Greenway is nice, however be advised that when it's mowing day you will hear them for hours and if not the mowers you will hear the firehouse. Overall not a terrible apartment complex but definitely room for improvement.

Move in was great! Had a couple issues with the gate but Lora took care of me! Place is nice, well kept common areas. Also have direct access to the greenway.
