Property Ratings at Windtree Apartment Homes
Mold is all over the ceiling and on the walls. The smell of weed is coming in through the air vents from another tenant's apartment. There is Loud noise and music, screaming, and stomping on the floors—everything you can imagine, and they don't do anything to resolve it.
The most recent review here is from 2021. Since late 2022-early 2023, the management changed and everything has been horrific ever since. From the lacking maintenance, to the apathetic management, to the crime rate, nothing is worth staying here anymore. Y'all are better off spending your hard-earned money somewhere else.
Windtree has the best staff and apartments. I have been living at Windtree for 4 years with no regrets. Speedy maintenance. Excellent manager and office staff. They aim to please residents and that is what I love about them. My kids love the pool and Mr Calvin, one of the maintenance guys. Brenda went above and beyond for me yesterday and I really appreciated it. I have to also mention the community events. Tons of give aways, food and fun fun fun. Choose windtree
Windtree's location can't be beat, and their staff is simply the BEST!!! We lived there for 4 years, and felt totally at home and safe. The pool is awesome and the conveniences are unmatched!! Special shout out to Scott for all his help!! Always going above and beyond!!

I have lived at Windtree almost 2 years (and counting) and have enjoyed every day of it. After my initial lease in a 2 bedroom unit, I transferred to a 1 bedroom unit. It is still the perfect amount of space! The office staff and maintenance team are truly devoted to making the apartments feel like home. They are always so pleasant to speak with, quick to respond, and just overall outstanding! Choose Windtree!!
I moved here a few months ago, and this property and all of the STAFF are The BOMB!! They are very friendly, smiling and always speak to me by name. I love living here and will be here for years to come God willing.

I love my spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Moved from NY to Fayetteville, NC and these apartments are gorgeous. Neighbors are great very welcoming. And very nice and professional staff.
I have lived at Windtree apartments for over two years now. I enjoy the fact that it is close to everything Fayetteville has to offer. I am close to a movie theater the mall and my work. I only have to drive 5 to 10 minutes a day as a result. It is also very quiet and I have not have any problems with any of my neighbors. It is mostly populated by military families.
