I can't complain about the place and staffs. Each building has not many units and very quiet. The maintenance peoples came to get the jobs done the problem I had on time. The price is cheaper than the most of apartments around and clean/quiet. You won't regret to find a place like this.
By fr the worse apt complex i’ve ever experienced, the staff are very rude they are never in site.. it takes a while for them to come fix anything also there’s a bad bug problem!!
Is a nice,friendly and safe place to live, the staff who work there is very professional and kind. And the apartments are in really good condition. And if you need anything they are very happy to help you!

This is the ideal place to live in Columbia area in the great state of South Carolina. You'll less than 20 minutes from all local City and urban landmarks and sites, apartment complex is well maintained and all apartments have there own balconies with spacious rooms this is the ideal place for family settings and retirees. And if it's the ocean you like your just a short drive, an hour and a half and you are looking at the Atlantic Ocean. If relocating stop by you have to see it to believe it.
