living here has been a wonderful experience. the modern apartment with all the amenities.sound proof. everything is in walking distance. people in the community are friendly and respectful. i highly recommend this community.
This is a safe community and very clean. The maintenance staff is excellent and fix problems almost immediately. The office staff is friendly also. The grounds are well maintained. The only problem is the rent is increased every year when the lease is up and there is no rhyme or reason in how it's increased. One year it might not be much and then the next year it almost doubles. Doesn't make sense. I love the location and want to stay but will be forced to move once I can no longer afford the rent.
Maintenance is excellent and the community is kept very clean.
I love the community but my air conditioning has been an issue since I moved in. It does not circulate evenly, especially upstairs. My electric bills are incredibly high when using the AC, sometimes over 500.00 a month. I feel like the HVAC system is not efficient and spreads a lot of dust. Everyone who works at WR is very professional and polite and the grounds are well maintained. I love the location of my unit as well; it is quiet and private!
A beautiful place to live, the neighbors are friendly and the community is excellent. Management is really kind and easy to work with. My place itself has had zero issues since I’ve moved in, and I honestly can’t think of a bad thing to say about this community
It is a very well-kept community, the grass and gardens are in excellent condition, the streets are always clean and the common exercise and pool areas look very good. I recommend.

The maintenance team is top notch! Professional, friendly, quick to respond, and quick to repair any issues that pop up. It is one of the best things about living here!
Maintenance is excellent. Work orders are completed within 2 to 4 hours and staff is efficient and courteous. This is one of the main reasons I like living here. Office staff is also very courteous.
Windsor Ridge is an excellent place to live. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is outstanding. All issues are resolved within 24 hours in a friendly and professional manner. The grounds are kept well and there are plenty of amenities for my children and myself to enjoy including activities organized by the management team.
the staff at the front desk was excellent.jackson and Taylor answered all questions and were very friendly.the townhouse was equipped with modern kitchen,roomy living room,big bedrooms,big closets.thepeople in the community are friendly and the surrounding town is minutes away and provides clean quality shopping and many restaurants.this was a great pick for my family.highly recommend .
Community good only problem is transfer fee. They should consider changing it and have it like other places of none or 500. 2500 is too much.

Property is kept very clean. Maintenance issues are taken care of immediately and maintenance staff is courteous, friendly and very efficient.
Parents bedroom door has no lock so there is no privacy, kids may get inside the room anytime. there is no light in the room, i was told i need to buy a wall light, this is weird. Other than that, the area is very great. If you have a problem, maintenance issue someone will show up in a very short period of time and fix the issue. the snow and packing area are plowed and salt is spread all over the place. the gym is clean and very convenient.
Windsor Ridge has been great. It is a well kept and quiet community.

The entire maintenance team at Windsor Ridge Westborough is without question the most professional, responsive, and friendly group of people that I have ever interacted with.
We got disappointed for a long running issue with the fire alarms, they are triggered randomly. Although I was told by the management they are working to get the known issue resolved , it has been taking too long - in my opinion - Also we don’t receive any regular communication of the progress of the works they are doing.

The Windsor is, in my opinion, the finest a townhome, I have ever lived in. You have your backyard where you can engage in outdoor activities like badminton and grilling; in fact, my cat adores his garden and adores playing with rabbits and birds! Moving to Windsor was one of the best decisions I have made!

This apartment is the first apartment for my fiancé and I and it’s so beautiful and perfect for us to start a family. It was a smooth transition. We loved the renovations, how clean it was and how welcomed we felt by the staff.
Maintenance staff is excellent along with office staff. The community is kept very clean. The only issue is the rents increase each year once the lease has expired which makes it difficult for retirees who live on a fixed income.
The maintenance crew at Windsor Ridge respond quickly to service calls and complete them just as fast! They are polite and friendly…thank you for your assistance, it is always greatly appreciated!

Safety is very important to me and I do feel very safe living here. The maintenance is excellent; problems are fixed almost immediately; landscaping is beautiful and the community is very clean.
Nice community, to live especially the quite and calm surroundings..seperate units is an advantage, particularly if you have small kids who needs to spend energy in house during winter.. grocery, restaurants and other needs are in vicinity but strictly needs a vehicle.. westborough in general is tricky place if you dont have own transport.
So far so good! The property is well organize, very clean and the staff is very kind and responsive.

Windsor Ridge at Westborough takes its duty to the residential community seriously. Responses to maintenance requests, to snow falls, to inclement weather, etc. are consistently swift and appropriate.
I have been living in this community for about four years. I have found management and the maintenance team to be well organized, and professional addressing my concerns promptly.
My overall experience has been very good. I liked clean and peaceful streets, well maintained plants and grass, quick maintenance service when called, good and helpful staff at leasing office, nice to see happy children playing in the parks during summers. Other facilities include Tennis court, pool, gym, separate park for pets. Only thing that bothers me currently is the high rental rates and my lease is due for renewal.

Apartment was handed over to us with good condition and clean. Leasing Office consultant are good and provide quick turnaround if we report any issues.

Maintenance staff is very good. They respond immediately and are very polite. The tenants pay their own water/sewer costs and all utilities plus insurance so I have a problem with the rent being increased each time the lease has to be renewed. This makes it very difficult for people who are retired and living on a fixed income to remain here.
The maintenance team is outstanding. I cannot thank them enough for the quality work they do. They make Windsor Ridge a better place for sure.
