I live in this apartment complex since July, and that should say I was already super excited to move in before then and I’m super excited to be living in there because this is actually where I can call a place home in a safe place from day one I felt welcome and still And still the same day I still feel the same warm, happy filling everyone does a awesome job here from the office that to the maintenance. Whatever I have any type of issue with my apartment the maintenance team is always on it right away and taking of it

We have lived here for 6 years and love the apts, our location within the complex, and the quiet neighborhood. Many nice areas to walk, 3 pools to use. Convenient to many stores,restarants, and Dr. offices. Attached garage is a big plus! We love it.!!!

I recently had my air conditioning serviced, and I can’t say enough good things about Aldo. From the start, he was very professional. At first, he thought it might be a simple issue just like the other maintenance guy who came before—but once he realized the problem was much bigger, he didn’t stop until everything was completely fixed the right way. Aldo went above and beyond, making sure the job was done thoroughly. Now my AC is working perfectly, and I can tell he truly cared about doing quality work and making sure I was satisfied. It’s rare to find someone who takes that much pride in their work, but Aldo definitely does.

The office and maintenance staff have been extremely supportive and helpful since moving in a year ago. This is the first time I have lived in an apartment and feel that the rent is worth the experience. We resigned our lease because we had no complaints our first year. Maintenance even took the time to install a brand new AC in ONE day!

When I let them know my air was out they were right on it. They brought a portable air conditioner and the very next day they came and replaced the whole unit. Thank you so much

The community needs recycling Capabilities. Other than that, the community is awesome! Maintenence has always been great, neighbors friendly and respectful. Facilities well maintained.

Maintenance was excellent in completing my maintenance requests right away, A/C was drained & fixed immediately & Roofers were sent right away to complete any repairs needed.

Poor internal communication means work will not get done or done at late times. Residents note that sometimes is better to do work around to problems than to communicate with the front office and hope for assistance. OR, sometimes the solution to a problem is "oh well" as in "Your appartment cannot cool below 75 degrees inside, meaning in order to maintain a semblance of comfort, you will have to run your AC 24hrs a day, running up electric bills? Oh well"

The property is beautiful! I absolutely love my new home! The place is beautiful and the staff members are very compassionate and entertaining. My family and I moved in recently and we have been welcomed by 2 of our neighbors in less than a week. I love it!

I would tell people to expect rent increases every year they're here. My rent has DOUBLED since I moved in 13 years ago. There isn't any reward for being a good tenant. I have not gone one year without an increase in rent. The same apartment, no upgrades and the original appliances from 1999 when the apartments were built.

Excellent staff, I recently posted a bed review only because of a miscommunication and lack of information but it was quickly explained and cleared up. The office staff have been very helpful and attentive to my needs and concerns, especially Molly. I do wish apts could go down in price but I know there’s nothing we can do about that lol. The Good: There are many great aspects of this apartment. The location is excellent, offering easy accessibility and a well-designed layout. Having a variety of shops and businesses nearby adds to the overall convenience. Additionally, the maintenance team has been outstanding, addressing all my work orders promptly and within the expected time frame. Management has also been amazing since I moved in. Despite some serious issues with the apartment, the manager and the team have been proactive in resolving them. They haven’t ignored or pushed aside my concerns; instead, they’ve consistently taken action to address them. The Not-So-Good: While the building is a bit older, it has been well-maintained, and overall, the property is in great condition. I truly enjoy living here. That said, I do have one major issue, which I’ll leave open for now.

Changing was not complete they changed the manifold but not the shower which was 50% of the problem
This property is located in what I call a sweet spot having accessibility to basically all one's needs within a 10 mile radius with most things is walking distance. I feel safe even walking at nights. This complex is nestled well with lovely single family homes surrounding it. I recommend it

After traveling for business. When I returned, I discovered a very bad roof leak coming through the ceiling. The response from the service team was extremely fast. Work was started the very next day to fix the problem and communication was excellent. Repairs were fast basically a day and a half, and it was pretty major repairs that had to be done. Couldn’t be happier.

Been living here for 11.5 years total. Maintenance has always been good but now it's even better with the new ownership and management team. The grounds are being up dated, gym as well. Maintenance responds fast and are always very courteous.

Been living here fir 11 years. I hear complaints from people in other communities about delays in repairs with maintenance. Fortunately that us not the case here. In fact, with the new management, it's even improved. And the maintenance crew are respectful and friendly.

Something about the new company that I do not feel good about. I have spoken with neighbors and we all feel the same. There’s no sense of community with the new management staff and they seem very insensitive to residents needs and expectations.
So far we are pleased. The desk staff is absolutely fabulous. At the very beginning of the Windsor team coming in, we had a bit of an issue regarding insurance and are currently struggling with our private parking spot. Otherwise, I think they are doing a great job communicating with the tenants. Everything is still new and in the improvement stages. I have been here since 1999 and seen several transitions of Management. We are still happy calling now Windsor our home. With appreciation. #1025

Maintenance is wonderful! Very easy to put in a work order online. Very friendly service, makes me think they must have a wonderful working life because they are always happy, even when they are driving around in their carts they wave. Very understanding and easy to work with office staff as well, they get things done. Life can be stressful, Highwoods makes apartment living easy and we can all use a little easy! Thank you Highwoods maintenance and office staff!
Absolutely loving my stay at Windsor Highwoods Preserve. It has a community atmosphere which is very important to me. I love taking advantage of the beautiful pool. The grounds are very well maintained and everyone from the top on down has been very accommodating. I feel like I am at home. And most important to me is safety!!!
I really enjoy living at Windsor Highwoods Preserve. The layout is super unique and I’m a huge fan. My current rent price is a good fit for me. The apartment complex is located in a really great area that is walkable to a lot of great places. It’s a dog friendly apartment located in a really dog friendly area.
Go somewhere else! The senior management staff and corporate Windsor do not care about their resident’s satisfaction.
Everyone here is very nice and they keep the complex nice and clean. I never have any issues but when I do, they are very quick to reply. Maintenance staff is wonderful.
The buildings are very old when factoring the lack of maintenance. One example, take a look inside the a/c beyond the filter (before signing a lease on the unit). The hvac system has never been cleaned and has all kinds of mold. The office management is very rude and condescending. Parking is beyond horrible and they charge for guest parking if it can be found. Roof leaks (on fourth work order for same leak). Hot tub seldom works and you have to wear pool shoes due to ragged edges in pool/spa floor (beyond life needs resurfacing/maintenance). Amenities seldom work or stay functional. That is just a small assortment of the many issues. Oh, and don’t forget about the crime volume.

Here at Windsor, we pride ourselves on changing the resident experience from the previous management and are on the right track in doing so. We have taken on some challenges due to lack of maintenance from the previous company, but have gotten alot of accomplished in just a short few months and will continue to do so. As you are aware, we are actively restructuring the parking to manage it more effectively and you will see this alleviate with our new changes that we recently rolled out! All of our amenities are actively functional-including the hot tub. If you have a concern about them please reach out to us so that we can address them as quickly as possible!
Work requests are done quickly. Service technicians are always helpful, polite and respectful.
The maintenance staff are always courteous, friendly, and respond in a timely manner. I appreciate all of their hard work, it does not go unnoticed! A special thank you to Jose Aayla for going above and beyond.
Spacious apartment and well maintained grounds are the key to enjoying this Windsor complex. Everyone is nice and courteous and the maintenance Team cannot be beat. They are extremely responsive and good at what they do. Price is right especially for the amount of sq footage in each apt. I have only been here 2 weeks and I am truly enjoying myself.
