I’ve been at Windsor Court for just over two years. I recently approached Jen in the office about needing more space than my studio and needing additional amenities. She had options available for me right away and I resigned a new lease in a different unit. The team here is very helpful and make living here great!

The apartment is okay. You could tell it was closed for a while upon moving in. There was a silverfish, house centipede, a spider and several roaches spotted. Pest control came in after 2 weeks of the report being in. However, maintenance comes very quickly.

Our experience has been good. The pricing is fair. The laundry units per building are nice. The pool is a popular spot during the summer, and we love seeing the community gather to it.

It’s a nice little area, you’re near just about everything. The community beach area, pool, and dog park are super nice! The texture of the counters are a little weird, but the space is nice!

Our leasing counselor was great Mrs. Claudia. My ESA dog Savannah loves the dog park and runs around in circles Everytime we are out there. It's so quiet and peaceful. A great place to open your windows for some fresh air and I absolutely love that.

Claudia was great throughout the whole process and made applying and moving in as stress free as possible. Complex is nice and the per apartment complex laundry unit is great so you only have to go a little ways to do laundry. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable home with a great team to support you.

I give a 10/10 with Windsor Court and the experience of renting and moving into my apartment. They have great amenities including a pool fire pit dog park and nice family setting area. My neighbors are all nice and friendly and respectful of one another. We got convenience laundry facility trash area. I also enjoy having the convenience of a garbage disposal and dishwasher.

Maintenance is fast and everyone is nice and helpful in office! The apartments should be updated a little bit. The refrigerator that we have is extremely small so I think a bigger fridge would work better! Overall though I like living here!

I've only been here for a week and I already love it. I enjoy my peace and quiet and I was afraid moving to a large community,on a very busy road near a railroad track that it would take me a while to get used to the noise - not the case at all!! I don't hear anything, it's so quiet. Management is awesome and helpful. The apartment is nice, clean and has plenty of space. Highly recommend Windsor Court to anyone looking for a great place to live.

My first apartment is here at Windsor court and it’s the best. The property includes everything you could ask for in amenities like a picnic/playground area, pool, and a laundry mat in each building. Jen and Claudia are very helpful and endearing property managers and assisted with the entire application process and move-in procedures. I signed the lease on Friday and moved into the apartment on Monday. It’s been a couple months since I moved into Windsor Court and I made the best decision.

Rent is high for amenities offered. Location is nice but getting out of the neighborhood in the morning can be a pain. Neighbors are relatively quiet. Need better lighting at mailbox area.

Other than my bedroom being the only room in my house that dose not get cool with the ac unit I love it here. My dog loves being able to walk around outside with me. I also enjoy that it's close to the stores

I haven’t lived here long, but so far I love it! Kayla in the leasing office is fantastic and made move-in go super smoothly. The location is only a 15-minute drive from both west Knoxville and south Knoxville, so it’s close to anything you could ever need really!

I have had many issues and maintenance will not come or they do and don’t do anything about it. The plumbing and electrical needs to be redone.

Nice place for the price. Kind of small but it's worth the money you pay. They have fixed many of our maintenance requests pretty quickly. The only thing they haven't fixed is one of the laundry machines we just have one working washer in the building.

We moved in back in July of last year and love it! Our apartment is right next to the laundry room, pool, and mail room. Staff has always been super friendly!

The apartment is nice, like I've said before the biggest thing is getting in touch with the office and getting requests done. That's my only big concern, I wish there was a gym on property too but that I can live without.
