I’ve been a resident at Windsor Bethesda for three years and have cherished every single moment here. The community and staff are unparalleled in their dedication and friendliness. Living here for more than a year and I have only good things to say about Windsor Bethesda. Clean, well maintained apartment, caring management and peaceful neighbors. Located at the center of downtown Bethesda this place is well connected to public transport systems. There are multiple grocery stores, restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance.

Love the staff, hate the dirty / stained hallway carpets and the stinky rear access area. Rear hallway to loading dock needs repainting desperately!

Windsor Bethesda is a well-maintained community with friendly staff. We have loved our apartment - the views are excellent and the layout is spacious. We love sitting out on our terrace to have dinner. The concierges, especially Trevor and Lou, are friendly and service-oriented. Lydia keeps the place spotless and the flowers at our building’s entrance the best on the block! Maintenance staff are professional and timely in responding to requests.
I have lived in Windsor Bethesda for almost two months now and I’ve had the absolute best experience. The apartment is stunning, everything is so modern and updated. The lobby and elevators always smell delicious and the cleanliness is top notch! I haven’t even seen so much as an ant in my apartment nor insects/rodents in the parking garages, rooftop or other outside areas. The location is also worth bragging about, I love that nearly everything thing (including the metro) is within walking distance. Furthermore, the entire Windsor Bethesda team and staff deserves kudos. I haven’t had a single bad encounter or experience from anyone. Star was a monumental help during the leasing process, she was always readily available to answer my hundreds of questions and even after I moved in she’s constantly checked on me to make sure everything was going smoothly. She made me feel much better about completing the entire process virtually since I moved over 1000 miles to Bethesda from Miami! On my moving day, Natalia gave me recommendations for public parking for my guests, restaurant recommendations and gave me a branded coffee mug as my warm welcome to the community! Trevor and Lucho provide the best concierge services. They are super friendly and easy to talk to and are always willing to help out with packages. Finally, the maintenance team is super quick to respond to and fix any issues which is such an improvement from my previous apartments in other communities. All in all, super glad with my decision to live here!

My experience is extremely mixed. Everyone is super friendly here, but I have major maintenance issues that predate my move in. I’ve lived here for a month and I still do not have a working washing machine and enough hot water to take a shower. The stove is also very temperamental. Maintenance has been working on these issues frequently (without much progress) and it’s been highly disruptive having them in my apartment all the time. The apartments are not very soundproof.
This is a wonderful community with an amazing team of employees who go above and beyond for their residents
Beautiful and well designed new building conveniently located at the walking distance from metro, bus routes, grocery stores. There are plenty of restaurants, shopping options nearby. Very peaceful area. The management staffs are very helpful and kind people. So far it’s been a pleasant experience living here for last one month and I am happy to be here.
We love living at Windsor Bethesda. Our concierges are FANTASTIC, all of them. Trevor and Lou are the ones we see most regularly, and they are kind, professional and incredibly helpful! And our maintenance tea is WONDERFUL. They are quick, efficient, honest, patient and so sweet.
Trevor at the front desk provided me with excellent customer service, he went above and beyond to help locate my packages. Brandon and Natalia were extremely helpful with my move-in. As a new resident in the Community, I am satisfied with the service. Great Team!
The services don’t align with the high costs to live here. It’s kind of ridiculous to be honest. It’s not kept as clean as it should, in and around the property. The rent and cost to park are astronomical when you consider the sub par service. Maintenance requests also go unanswered for weeks at a time. Packages are delivered and sometimes they are not logged in or they are logged in, but missing when trying to retrieve them. And leasing does not return phone calls or emails. Also, the elevators are consistently out of service, especially the 3rd standalone elevator.
Windsor has the most beautiful apartments, the stuff and community are top tier too. Thank you Brandon for being helpful, timely and professional in answering all questions and making everyone feel at home.
I have been living here for a little over a year. The apartments are beautiful. Perfect location for my needs. Trevor is always extremely nice and professional at the front desk .Any request I had from him was always dealt with the utmost professionalism with quick turnaround.
Living at Windsor Bethesda for a little over a year now has been nothing short of wonderful. The leasing office, concierge staff, and maintenance team are willing to help in whatever way needed. One staff member in particular, Brandon, is always a friendly face in the office and has consistently been able to assist with a wide variety of questions/needs!

Out of all the apartments in the area I haven’t found one that comes close to 7770 Norfolk. The large open floor plans and floor to ceiling windows offer stunning views of Bethesda. The amenities are always clean and functional. And the best part is the staff. Every single doorman is polite and helpful 24/7 and makes sure to know the residents. I highly recommend living here
The entire staff is extremely friendly and happy to help. Maintenance requests made on business days are completed the same day. Clean and friendly environment. Dog friendly too!
The best part about this apartment complex is the front desk staff and maintenance team. Trevor manages the front desk staff and has created an amazing team. They are all incredibly kind, reliable, and make me feel safe. Trevor has been here since the beginning and is the main reason I continue to rent here year after year.
