for the most part, neighbors are really nice. The staff gets to know you and remember you which is really important. but just like every place there are neighbors that come and go that are the exception
I’ve been here for almost 10 years and I feel like things have not stayed as well as as when I first moved in.. the property grounds have taken a backseat and aren’t kept up as well and I know things happen but the whole issue with the pool not being able to be used for much of the summer was a big letdown and I feel that we should’ve gotten a discount on our rent

Windsor had been my home since 2014. I have enjoyed meeting new residents and knowing many from different countries. I have made friends with neighbors and we enjoy getting together. The Windsor staff has been excellent and are always happy to help with any needs. This had been a great location for shopping restaurants and not far from parks.

It is nice being close to shopping at Crossroads, being close to grocery stores and drug stores. The best part of living here is that I am right down the street from my daughter. Due to health problems, I don't get to go out much but I get to see my daughter and grandchildren a lot.

Staff is friendly and actually addresses issues around the complex. Maintenance is always right on the issue. I never have had to wait days or weeks. I have lived all over the country and this is the best maintenance I have encountered. If I have to leave messages for the office, they actually call back. This is a great community. Fine place to live, good area and maintenance is super responsive. just a bit of a roach and spider problem. The windows, doors, and faucets don’t seem to be fully sealed and so there are constant bug problems

The location is great! It’s near dinning and shopping and also not too far from the airport. The community is nice. However, I wish there was additional parking spaces because if you arrive home after 7 pm there’s no close parking near your building. I wish they could something about the trash/dumpster area, it’s always so nasty and smelly. In addition, I wish the breezeway was cleaned often, there’s always pollen in the summer and trash in the breezeway and stairs.
Great! Love the location. Lots to do walking distance. I love being so close to a greenway and multiple shopping centers. Staff is very friendly and maintenance team is very quick to resolve any problem.

At this time I would not recommend living here at Windsor At Tryon. They attempt to get food trucks that cancel last minute. The trash/recycling area is the most disgusting I have seen it since living here back in the beginning of 2023. Maintenance has been provided feedback to leave notes in the system and have not done so leaving residents frustrated and confused. I will most likely not be renewing my lease unless something drastically changes for the better.

Nice apartment units and amenities, good price. Unfortunately we have frustrations with the location of our unit due to the bus stop which we were not made aware of. Issues with the maintenance of the sprinkler room, as well as a lack of a pool during prime summer weather.

Wonderful staff! Lovely place to live! The location is great with access to the walking trials and shops. The amenities are great! Only minor suggestions, add fencing at either end of the pool so the clubhouse and grills are still accessible outside of pool times.

I like living here because it is close to my daughter. The Crossroad shopping center is right behind me. I am close to two grocery store and three drug stores. There are lots of amenities here but, due to health conditions, I don't get to participate.

The staff are very friendly. No soundproofing in the apartments, you can hear everything your upstairs neighbors do as well as everything that happens outside.

I've lived here 7 yrs now. This Apartment is close to everything you need : grocery stores, pharmacies, churches, haircuts, doctors, dentists, walking trails, and a beautiful environment. I hear birds, see trees, and flowers all around this place. I do feel safe. The maintenance people are great. Not all residents follow the rules, some throw trash in front of our building! The apartments are being redone to get them more up to date. Come see these newly renovated apartments!

Overall great place. Beautiful grounds. Love the hammocks, pond, gym and pool. Good resident events. Excellent location. Apartment gets a lot of natural light. Porch is awesome. Complaints are: A lot of porch construction going on and wasn’t informed before it was next door for several weeks. AC doesn’t work well in bedrooms and they won’t repair ceiling fans.

Love the walking trail across the street, the location to Raleigh and nearby towns, and community at Windsor! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice middle ground that is not city life.

The maintenance team does a great job making sure that my apartment is in the best of shape! I am very thankful for them keeping the community clean.
My move in was easy no problems staffs was great.location is perfect not far from many activities. The community is very quiet and peaceful.

Decent apartment with nice amenities. Staff is nice. In a prime location near Crossroads. Walking distance to grocery store. Attached to Cary greenway. All around pretty good.

I recently moved from my one bed one bath two a two bed two bath newly renovated apartment. The transfer was smooth and simple thanks to Takisha! Seraphim and Kayla are also very helpful when it comes to anything I need and quick to respond!

Mixed reviews! While I love the beauty of the property, and the apartment itself, I am tired of the nickle and dimes fees they keep adding to my rent. I don't mind a pet fee, I don't even mind paying extra for valet trash removal. But if someone comes by and places something in YOUR bin while it's outside your apartment, there's a fee for loose trash put on your next rent bill. Then there's a fee if you don't bring your trash bin inside precisely on time every morning. Then there's an expensive fee if you pay your rent by credit or debit card, on their website. You know, the one where they accept rent payments. And they don't want checks, and prefer you don't pay in cash. Overall, it's a great place to live, if you don't care about paying extra.
