Property Ratings at Windsor At Tryon Village
At this time I would not recommend living here at Windsor At Tryon. They attempt to get food trucks that cancel last minute. The trash/recycling area is the most disgusting I have seen it since living here back in the beginning of 2023. Maintenance has been provided feedback to leave notes in the system and have not done so leaving residents frustrated and confused. I will most likely not be renewing my lease unless something drastically changes for the better.
I would suggest this apartment complex to anyone! The pool and gym amenities are very excellent features that my family enjoys to use and convenient to our apartment building.

Nice apartment units and amenities, good price. Unfortunately we have frustrations with the location of our unit due to the bus stop which we were not made aware of. Issues with the maintenance of the sprinkler room, as well as a lack of a pool during prime summer weather.

Wonderful staff! Lovely place to live! The location is great with access to the walking trials and shops. The amenities are great! Only minor suggestions, add fencing at either end of the pool so the clubhouse and grills are still accessible outside of pool times.

I like living here because it is close to my daughter. The Crossroad shopping center is right behind me. I am close to two grocery store and three drug stores. There are lots of amenities here but, due to health conditions, I don't get to participate.

I've lived here 7 yrs now. This Apartment is close to everything you need : grocery stores, pharmacies, churches, haircuts, doctors, dentists, walking trails, and a beautiful environment. I hear birds, see trees, and flowers all around this place. I do feel safe. The maintenance people are great. Not all residents follow the rules, some throw trash in front of our building! The apartments are being redone to get them more up to date. Come see these newly renovated apartments!

Overall great place. Beautiful grounds. Love the hammocks, pond, gym and pool. Good resident events. Excellent location. Apartment gets a lot of natural light. Porch is awesome. Complaints are: A lot of porch construction going on and wasn’t informed before it was next door for several weeks. AC doesn’t work well in bedrooms and they won’t repair ceiling fans.

The maintenance team does a great job making sure that my apartment is in the best of shape! I am very thankful for them keeping the community clean.

Mixed reviews! While I love the beauty of the property, and the apartment itself, I am tired of the nickle and dimes fees they keep adding to my rent. I don't mind a pet fee, I don't even mind paying extra for valet trash removal. But if someone comes by and places something in YOUR bin while it's outside your apartment, there's a fee for loose trash put on your next rent bill. Then there's a fee if you don't bring your trash bin inside precisely on time every morning. Then there's an expensive fee if you pay your rent by credit or debit card, on their website. You know, the one where they accept rent payments. And they don't want checks, and prefer you don't pay in cash. Overall, it's a great place to live, if you don't care about paying extra.

So far my new place has been great. Only if there’s something that could be done about those noisy upstairs neighbors. I understand I’m in an apartment so I’m going to hear noise. But it sounds like they’re bowling and skateboarding up there some days. Often lasts until about 3-4 am!!!! It scares my kids and often breaks our sleep. You can even hear them while walking the breezeway. Not sure if I’m going to renew my lease or not. They’re terrible neighbors.

Great, could be better with a super charging station and more garages where there open parking spots that nobody really use for the past 4 years I've been here. and a second dog park would be great. and cameras inside the amazon/mail room.....

The apartments are nice with clean environment. It is quiet and has all basic amenities. Its also close to major stores and market. Leasing Office Associates are welcoming and friendly. Needs are addressed timely. The buildings have some issues with maintenance here and there. Few more amenities like car vacuum cleaning, kids play space and some sort of sporting space (basketball or tennis court) can add more stars to the community.

Garbage always seems to be an issue. It was really stacked up at the trash compactor this weekend Jan 5. Lots of residents seem to have trouble getting boxes in the high slot pretty quiet and the place is well manicured

We have enjoyed living here for going on 8 years now. The service has been great. The office managers are always pleasant. The grounds are well kept at all times.

Good location and safe. Easy access to shopping centers and restaurants. Safe place to live here. Staff is very friendly. No issue with parking, plenty of parking spaces.

I really enjoy living here. The staff are all nice, work orders get resolved quickly, and the website is pretty easy to use. The only complaint I have is the occasional delay in rent being posted.

The apartments are designed very well. The property is kept CLEAN and maintained properly! This maintenance crew stays on top of the work orders. The property manager is just sweet and helpful whenever you need her assistance! Also, the leasing agents help coordinate fun events at the office to keep the community alive. Nothing but good things about this complex!

Obviously, I have lived here forever. It just feels like it’s family. Every year I say I’m gonna buy a townhome and then I’m like why would I want to have everything here?

The neighborhood is very well kept and quiet especially at night. The office staff is extremely friendly and the size of the apartments are large. Parking can sometimes be a challenge to be close to your entrance but still sufficient. I love the proximity to the shopping centers, restaurants, grocery stores and the interstate. I would definitely recommend it as a great place to live.

I enjoy the location the Windsor At Tryon Village the most! With 5 minutes I can get gas, go to lunch at the Crossroads Shopping Center, grab groceries at Harris Teeter, or go for a beautiful walk on the Nature Trail behind the complex. Within 10 minutes I can go to my favorite golf course - RGA! With almost direct access to the highway I can be in Raleigh in 15 minutes, or RDU airport to head out to vacation! If living in a place that is right in the middle of everything without feeling like you're right in the middle of everything - Windsor At Tryon Place is your home!
