Very prompt service made a phone call and within literally 5 to 10 minutes maintenance was at my door fix the issue within a matter of 10 to 15 minutes max so very prompt very efficient very effective and that he knew what needed to be done and attended to it promptly even swept up my floor from a little bit of debris that fell very good if I could give a 10 star rating on maintenance I would do that but definitely exceedingly the higher five star rating.

One of my favorite amenity here at HOPKINTON WINDSOR is the trash pick up at the door. The convenience of that alone is amazing, and so appreciated. I also am so impressed by the Maintenance crew. When I have needed something fixed, whether a lightbulb, change or something more, it gets taken care of well before 24 hours sometimes. Often, it’s the same day that the request is put in. They respond with friendliness, no matter what the issue may be. Also, the staff in the office/management have always been very helpful and friendly whenever I have needed to visit the office, Or have had questions. I’ve been here several years now and have been very happy living in this community.

I have said this multiple times to friends family people I can't empathize enough how many people will want to move into this community of mine that I reside at and I'm so blessed and I pray it stays this way .... I keep to myself and no one has bothered me or my children so the community seems very comfortable and I feel like I'm not judged and fit in because of my young adhd diagnosed children and I we can tend to be loud and hyper and being used to going up in a household and converting to living with neighbors that I don't want to bother or disrespect or disturb from noise - every one around me literally minds their own business and does not harass. It's literally a very respectable community and everyone says this . I can't believe this is my home I am so thankful for Windsor community at hopkinton MA!

My experience since I have moved here regarding the maintenance I have needed is nothing short of excellent. My issues have always been taken care of within 24 hrs., if not sooner. Great place to live. I have to share, unfortunately however that for the first few years, the cleanliness and the upkeep was better than it has been in the past couple of years. I have been here six years and I would say the past 3 years this has gone downhill a bit. I hope they can resolve this as other than that, a wonderful place to live.

Windsor community has become a home for me. I love the access of highway and groceries and gas near by. With some food options too. Regarding the community, it's very clean, well maintained, leasing management is fantastic and quick maintenance. All and all I have great experience so far. It's been 10months so far. More to come.

So I recently became a resident at Windsor in hopkinton with my two young children. I was so nervous at first because this place looked too nice for me and my silly loud children. But so far and since I met Windsor community staff they have always been ON TOP of everything with responses from them and with any help or questions I have and I love the services I love how people other residents are all so polite I mean literally I’ve never felt so belong and comfortable here and I was welcomed home here by my staff so nicely and I absolutely love my home it’s just beautiful it’s definitely my favorite place that I as an adult have lived in and I want to keep it that way. ??

Location is good, property is good and units are accommodating but stay away if you have concerns personally and medically of large dogs in the hallway with dog excrement, urine, heavy shedding, barking throughout the day and nights sometimes. Oftentimes close encounter while exiting or entering the building you will likely experience a dog who will back you in a corner and sniff you like you are a piece of fresh meat!!! The property for the most part is accommodating and the location is good for families.

Great staff. Peaceful so far.. Maintenance team and their response time is great. Location is the key factor for us.
The issue was not fixed bu the case for some reason has been closed.
I have truly enjoyed my time at Windsor of Hopkinton. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable and kind.
The apartment itself and community are truly wonderful. The property is well kept, modern, and clean with great amenities. The maintenance team however is overall poor and refuses to complete work orders in a timely manner. Communication between the office and maintenance staff is nonexistent.
This place is very cozy and quiet ,staff are polite and ready to serve ,Starbucks ,hospitlal ,and convienient store within 10 minutes walk ,for people don't enjoy isolate that much, this is the right place.
One of the most clean and friendly community I have lived in. Community management is also great, always polite and happy to help. Any day I would recommend this community to anyone wants to live peacefully in nice neighborhood. Which is at prime location, right by the highway too.

If you are looking to rent in Hopkinton, Look no further, this is the best place in the town. Management guys are awesome, friendly and helpful. Never ever faced any issues from them, maintenance team is top notch, they resolve any issue within 24hrs after raising a complaint. Great amenities, great location. The staff, Josh in this situation, was and has always been very good about taking care of whatever issue I have. All of the issues I have had since being a resident here has been addressed almost always within 24 hrs. it not before. I am very happy with the results and the prompt manner in which the maintenance staff handle the work orders.
I've lived here almost since it opened (7 years this June). I have no complaints and feel that the staff are attentive and friendly.
We have only lived here 2 months. So far everything has been a very good experience!
Maintenance staff is very professional and quick to remedy any problem we have from simply changing a garage light bulb to no heat.

I have had only positive results when dealing with the maintenance staff at Windsor. They are prompt and courteous. I am very happy, always, when I have had to have something fixed or replaced.
Staff is very responsive to questions or need for help.
It is a beautiful community, with skilled staffs and friendly neighbors.
So far, I have greatly enjoy living at Windsor! The move-in process was very easy and any questions have been answered by the office promptly and effectively. Trash valet is the BEST amenity EVER! The property is kept clean, especially considering the number of dogs around, and I am looking forward to using the pool, gym, and study rooms in the future!
I am very grateful to be part of this wonderful community, it is the best place I have ever found to live with my family !

As soon as I put in a work order I get a response within a short period of time. Very professional it almost feels like they are waiting on just me.
A convenient apartment complex that offers your basic amenities. The walls are thin. Otherwise, a lovely community, and Windsor itself tries to create a sense of community with events.
As always, my experience with all of my maintenance needs and issues are taken care of in a speedy and excellent manner. Whether it be a faucet issue, or an issue of a serious nature, the problem is almost immediately addressed and taken care of. It is such a benefit of apartment living to have reliable and top notch service.
