I’ve lived at Winding Creek at the Preserve since May 2024. I’m only moving due to having to relocate to another state. I have truly enjoyed my stay here. The staff are super friendly and always quick to help with anything. Any maintenance requests I had were handled very timely. The property is well taken care of. Amy has been very responsive and helpful each time I’ve reached out. I would highly recommend Winding Creek at the Preserve to anyone looking for a great community.

Love it here! Grounds are clean, maintenance is always quick to respond and ladies always have a positive attitude! Jessica helped us during our experience.

This is a really well kept and quiet property, management is super friendly, maintenance comes and fixes things- looks like they really care about this place. Hunter and Grady came and fixed my dishwasher and it only took them about 10 minutes. I don't plan on moving out any time soon

I just recently moved in and Amy helped me with the whole process! She was so sweet and very helpful during the application process all the way up until move in. The place is beautiful and such a cute cozy vibe. It really does feel like home and has such a welcoming vibe. Highly recommend!

They have wonderful amenities! Gym, pool, dog park. Plus they are always having some fun events, did I mention free food at these events? The staff is friendly , AmyC is very sweet and strives for customer service excellence!

The ladies are amazing! I have lived here for over a year and I have had little to no issues here and if I do the ladies are always quick to address them. I love living here! I would recommend this place to anyone.

I lived here March 2022- April 2023. I really enjoyed my time at winding creek. I moved into a 3 bed house, but I miss the large kitchen in my A2 1bed. It was the most countertop space you could ever desire. Lots of cooking took place in that apt. If you like to live simply and love to cook.. you’ll love your stay. I recently tried to make some pizza and a calzone at my new house, no where near enough counter space if you want to roll out some dough. :-). The office staff, Jessica, were always very helpful with any question or issue I had.

I moved to Winding Creek 2020 and my lease ended 2022 so far the worst apartment I’ve live in. The hallway’s are filthy/stained, loud neighbors, spiders, and they don’t pick up the trash everyday! When you sign the lease your rent will be 200.00 higher after fees. They changed the parking stickers I wasn’t notified and my car was towed, I was fined 400!! I went to the office to ask for reimbursement the lady was very rude and defensive! She said they sent emails to all the residents but when I asked for proof she said they have a new system and everything was erased. I called corporate they didn’t help!! When I moved they told me I didn’t owe anything but months later a bill collector called stating they have a refusal to pay and I OWE 514.95!!! Again Management didn’t call or send a notice saying I have a balance!! They refuse to do a walk through when your lease end so they can make up lies and steal your money!! They replace the carpets when your lease end even if they’re spotless and make you pay for it!! I’m disgusted and wouldn’t recommend this apartment to anyone!! HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!! ??

Currently a resident, theres little to no parking even tho i pay to live here, my apartments has sloppy painting, the fridge is all scratched up and so is the electric oven, found socks from the previous owner stuck in the washer, so many problems the kitchen backsplash is unfinished underneath the cabinets so i had to put a trim to hide it. When we first saw the apartments it was so dirty and sticky. Make sure you triple check which apartment your getting bc i didnt in good faith and now im stuck here.

Upon our first week moving in, we had a major water leak from our bath tub (the over flow drain/gasket was left loose) *great job on quality control guys, which caused water to completely soak our bathroom, carpet and eventually through our kitchen floor. Called emergency maintenance and the guy told us to wait two days to allow the water to "dry". Spoke to management the next day about it and they did not seem very eager to help, no urgency or anything. They wanted us to let it dry with a fan for a week. We mentioned our health concerns about mold growth and smells since we have a 2 year old, none of which were taken serious. Eventually after the week had expired and running their fan all day throught, the carpet did dry in the closet. Still has a mouldy smell to it. They simply refused to replace it. The water has dried up but in the process left all of the flooring panels to rise up and now we have uneven flooring in our bathroom and kitchen. James, the lot manager said he would ge the panels replaced quickly. As of 1 month since our conversation, no work has been performed and we worry this will be liable for us when our lease comes up. This is unacceptable customer service.
