Property Ratings at Windham Hills
These apartments managers are the absolute worst. They have no concern for the tenants and they almost never available to take general inquires. They're extremely money hungry and will pile legal and late fees all over you in attempt to get you out if you question they're integrity. Horrible management.

We are so sorry to hear that this was your experience. I wanted to reply and tell you the exciting news that Colonial Court Townhomes went under new ownership in July 2020. Major changes are in the works inside of the community to help defer from experiences as you had.
Moving from a big city to a little town in Petersburg Va was different, but moving into Windham Hill Apartments was Great! The apartments are spacious even with two little one. Maintenances and the Managment team works fast together. And its nice and quiet. My first apartment is AWESOME SAUCE!!!
