Poorly built- you can hear every single footstep. Good luck if you are on the first floor. Constant stomping!
The apartment is horribly built. You can hear every single footstep and good luck if there are kids upstairs. Constant stomping.
I have been living here for less than a year and I truly hate it. The summer is the worse because there are so many ugly insects getting into the apartment from all the construction near by! I have reached out to the properly manager several times and would not even get a call back. Don't get me wrong the apartments inside are nice! It's the service that you will not be pleased with. Overall everything in the apartments works find just minor issues.

We moved in to the Wingate Terrance apartments on August 1st. The apartments have been great with the landlord being very helpful. The apartments are in a great location with the country feeling! The walking trail that runs by the apartments is very nice with a nice setting to motivate you to exercise.
