The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Windchase
Don't think about this place it's over 30 urs old and the water is shut off at least 1 or 2 times a month. New management is raising the rent and not fixing anything. they are just slapping black splashes and think that stainless steel is worth the money.
I lived here for two years and after I moved they have now started renovating a lot of things. Hopefully new management fixes the issues from the previous management. But who knows. Living here was good. It was not bad. I recommend if your starting out this is a good place to start. The only things I have to say that was a problem living here was the bug problem and maintenance requests. Since moving here in early 2020 there were already some bug problems but they were easy to mange it didn't take long that it got worst where they start showing up all over in the cabinets, pantry and inside the fridge. (make sure to check in every small spaces they were everywhere) We put in requests for pest control to take care of it but it would always come back. That was the time during old management. Don't know if the new management will be more stricter on it now. Only time will tell. But over all this apartment is great and wonderful with everything else. I would give it a 8/10. So that's my review I hope it was helpful.
I thought windchase would be great for a first apartment with no roommates. I grew up in GP and got a new job where I make a little over 33k a year. This place was in my price budget due to the 3x rent income rule. Recently, it’s been taken over by new management and they’ve been implementing new rules such as no toys on the patio, no grills allowed on the property, trash cans they give us that we have to keep inside our units. Then they decided to increase rent by a lot. When the new company first came, they stated they would not honor previously renewed leases. For some 3 bds, rent has increased by over $400. For me, it will increase by over $250 at the end of my lease. I can’t afford that with both food and gas increasing with other living expenses. I wouldn’t be so upset if these apartments were worth that much, but they’re not. All the changes made have been cosmetic, no actual needed improvements to the complex. The parking lots are all kinds of messed, patio doors are hard to close and let in drafts, I’ve even seen roaches crawling out of outlets (my apt is clean, no food in the open). Internet is really bad over here, the light switches are not wired correctly to ceiling fans, rather, some random outlet in the room, and it’s in need of some bathroom work. Do yourself a favor and get an apartment that’s actually worth the rent and doesn’t simply “look pretty” from the outside.
i went to look for a apartment and the office manager was so nice and helpful she answered all of my questions if i could give 100 stars i would
I lived there for 6 months in unit 1, the air in the bedroom never worked, I requested to have it it fixed several times and it was never resolved, after I moved they kept my deposit for petty things but never mentioned the air not working or offered any money back toward the rent for no air in the bedroom all summer long. I was always sick with allergies due to this. I felt the manager should of given me back my deposit for the inconvenience , not to mention I was locked out of my apartment 3 times due to cheap locks breaking and apartment was full of roaches. Shante
Just awful. Everything you can think of is wrong with that place.
For the most part it's pretty quite here aside from a my next door neighbor who is very noisy and can be loud from sitting in her car blasting music. She's always outside sitting in her car; looking like she's trying to keep an eye on things going on outside. At first I thought it was helpful but now it's pretty annoying. She asks too many questions and get too personal but hey that's my opinion. My lease will be ending this fall so I'm trying decide if i want to stay or leave and find something bigger. Besides all that they do keep the grounds clean and trust me that was a step up from my last apartments.
