Please don’t rent here look somewhere else. These apts charge for parking and when you visit you can’t park anywhere beside a designated area and there’s no signs that say that and will literally tow your car and have to pay $400 dollars to get it out. Everything is super outdated as well. I don’t recommend we only lived there for one year we were crazyyy to move out

My boyfriend and I moved in August and have loved it so far! The staff is nice and accommodating.
My fiancé and I have lived at this apartment for almost 4 years now and it’s a really great place to start! Floor plan is nice and whenever you need help or have any questions they get to you quickly. Neighbors are nice and never any trouble. I lost my debit card and someone turned it in instead of taking it which says a lot. I love that they also make it fun by having food trucks. Definitely a nice place to live!

I have lived in apartments for about 16 years and this place is by far the best complex I have ever lived in, not only are the apartments beautiful but they keep the landscaping beautiful! The office staff is absolutely AMAZING! Maintenance is great also they are always kind and respectful and very quick, I have been here almost 3 years and I dont plan on moving anytime soon I DO NOT want to ever leave!!

Everything about this complex has been amazing. My boyfriend and I just moved from California and within the first few days of being here, we already feel at home. It's clean, quiet, kid friendly, and the best part.. a heated pool! Haha. It will be about ten minutes out from grocery stores and plazas, but we haven't had any issues. We love being a little farther out with the mountains as our backyard. The property management (Alex and Edwin) are awesome! Being young adults and being completely out on our own for the first time, they've been so patient and helpful with us making our move as easy possible. The apartment itself is very spacious and clean. Our favorite is the full-sized washer and dryer! Upon arriving here, we did run into a couple issues, but the maintenance staff were quick to come and fix it. Seriously, thank you guys for our new home. We are in love.

This has been a pretty decent place to live. We moved here in a time of need and it has served it’s purpose. I feel like the rent is a bit high but the staff has been great to work with. Anytime we have had issues they have come to resolve them. Ty has been absolutely amazing. I know when I have a problem and he is assigned to the ticket, it will get fixed. I trust him in my house and with my kids. He’s a really hard worker and if he doesn’t know how to fix something he looks it up and figures it out. I’ve never had one complaint about him. Wilshire is lucky to have such an amazing hard worker on their staff.

Lived here for about a year and it was a tall joke! After moving out it continues to be a joke! The fees they will try to pin on you are outrageous!!! Staff is awful! Rent is crazy high! Pools always dirty, hot tubs rarely open due to being un healthy it's so dirty! Mice are a normal issue. The only positive is the floorplan but you can find it somewhere else for a better price! Oh and the media package is awful! That internet barely connects!
The Wilshire Place Apartments are a very nice place to live! The office staff are always very pleasant when we go to talk to them. Whenever there is a problem with something in a unit, they fix it, usually within 24 hours. The apartment layout is pretty nice. The neighbors are usually pretty quiet. The mountain views are breathtaking! There are a lot of amenities at these apartments. They have parks, cable/internet, and a clubhouse with a pool and workout facility. Also, there is a brand new amazing park and splash pad right down the street! Residents often stay there until they can buy a house and I can see why!!
I really enjoyed living at this property because of the clean, well maintained apartments. Management was difficult to deal with at times. 3 times they overcharged us on rent and 1 of those times they left a notice saying that we had an animal in the apartment that we hadn't paid for and that if we didn't pay for it in a timely manner, they would evict us. We had already notified and paid and even had a copy of the receipt signed by management. Other than those issues, I really enjoyed living here.
Been here about 5 months now and honestly with this price point you could find better, there's never, and when I say never I mean NEVER any parking unless you pay for assigned, it says in the brochure that they have a fitness center ( which is a joke btw) it's a tiny room with 4 machines and free weights only up to 50 pounds also they don't have the ac on in there (which isn"t smart considering it's a gym people sweat) and they do not lock the door to the actual fitness center so kids are always eating in there and messing with machines. I will definitely be looking at other options once the lease is up.
Property is clean with friendly people thus far. Children are able to play outside with no worries. Quiet when the time is right.
