The price of the rent is reasonable, but you will have to consider things such as the apartment itself. I wouldn't personally consider it luxury, but if you are okay with a average apartment and a younger crowd and what that experience brings, then its okay.
I relocated to willows just one week back and I found this place very amazing. Community is very peaceful and the apartment staff is so good and kind. They responded quickly for any sought of queries or issues. Im enjoying my stay here so far

I couldnt be more pleased with the complex overall! I love the location, all the updates appliances and overall look of the complex and our new home! It appears everything is well maintained and that truly makes all the difference to me! The staff is so friendly and attentive! Jody has been the biggest help! I dont know what wed do without her! She made our overall experience at Willows such a joy! Im very pleased with our decision to stay here! I hope it remains this way!

Dale and the maintenance team is such a blessing to have on side they always go above and beyond to help around the willow community they are always so kind and they stay very busy. The community manager Alexandra is also so kind and always very helpful she is always willing to listen to any concerns and questions about the property overall the willow at university is a really place to reside

I am on the property 6 days a week as a mail carrier . I must say Angie and Alexandra are the best !!! And now their new addition Jody as well ... they are a great team !!! They are so nice and helpful with anything I need in servicing their residents . The property is so clean and well maintained. Maintenance crew is also great and super helpful with anything I’ve ever needed help with. They truly make my day easier . If your are looking for something in this area they are who to go with !!! For sure !!!

Nothing but crap since Bells Inc took over. They did nonstop construction on the non even 2yr old buildings for over 6 months while we were living here. Loud ridiculous banging 6 days a week. Now they are painting the practically brand new buildings. Told us they would be painting mon-sat that's a lie. The crew is here bright and early on a Sunday waking everyone up. Terrible neighborhood, there's 8 people living in the apt above me including 4 KIDS. It always smells like weed around the complex. And they won't compensate you when you are stuck living with noisy neighbors. This place is trash.
This community is absolutely amazing ! The management and staff are so helpful and on top of everything! I love being here !

Awesome quite place to live with convenience. Convenient to local shops and stores and only about 15 minutes from UPTOWN. Open modern concepts with great balcony views. Nic grey granted countertops with modern cabinets. Open floor plan with a huge bathroom with great lighting. Updated Samsung appliances including the washer and Dyer! Two great dog parks to let your fur babies run free at with benches and some obstacle things in them. The gym is clean and has all the right machines and weights for my workout bonus is the TVs in front of the equipment!
Management is looking to make an extra buck off of residents through towing. They tow people on minor offenses like being a little over the line. I am a resident and i don’t have a decal because i just bought a new car. I was only parked in visitor parking for 3 days and they towed me. It’s an initial fee of 225$ plus 30$ for each day it sits. I called management and the only thing they could say to me was “ you’re just unlucky”. Very disappointed.
We all want to know why we are being towed left and right - day after day. One resident was towed because he parked over the line. People we told to have their registration up to date or they would be towed the next day. There’s not enough parking so residents park in visitors spaces leaving visitors to get towed. People are searching their leases trying to find where it mentioned the excessive towing practice. Not to many of us are renewing based on this last straw item. We are still dealing with the excessive noise issue - you can hear every neighbors moves, toilet, washing machine, shower, footsteps and music. But the place has new appliances and finishes - though the finishing could have been better. And now people leave their garbage outside of their apartments for days with no garbage pick up. Ughhhhhhhh

In an effort to provide our residents with ample parking, we enforce a strict towing policy that prohibits double-parking and prevents unauthorized vehicles from parking within the community. I assure you, there is no financial gain related to towing. We also offer a 30-day extension for residents with expired registration. There is a section of the Lease Agreement that lists all the reasons why a vehicle may be towed; if you need help with finding this section of the Lease please let us know and we would be happy to review it with you. Leaving bags of trash in the breezeways is not allowed, please report violations to the Leasing Office and we will address the situation immediately. If you have any other questions or if there is anything else we can do to improve your living experience, please contact the Leasing Office at 980-430-1411.
I LOVE my complex! The office staff is incredible, Rachel is ALWAYS kind and always helpful. Everyone in the community is super nice and dog friendly; it really puts a smile on my face everyday.Being an Interior Designer I truly appreciate the clean modern touches to my brand new apartment. This is the best place I have ever lived!

I would give less stars if possible but it’s not. The apartment complex is nice but don’t be fooled. Management is a nightmare. Don’t for one second think that if you follow their rules and regulations that it won’t still end in a violation. The way they handle business around here is messy. Don’t even get me started on the towing situation. I know a lot of ppl have private towing companies but how do you have your towing company comply with you blatantly picking on the residents you have an issue with and getting their cars towed. This establishment is unprofessional as a whole. I couldn’t be more excited for my lease to almost be up.

Management works with Trust towing company to tow residents cars for minor offenses. Fee to release vehicle is $225. This happens on a weekly basis as I know 3 other residents this has happened to.

To be the first person to move in and live is the BEST feeling in the world. Staff is WONDERFUL in helping with issues or concerns. They get right on it. The environment is so nice to walk my babies with convenient dog stations. I love my apartment, lots and lots of room. Most of my neighbors be leaving out when I leave to go to work. I LOVE IT!!! ????????
