Willowood Apartments

I’ve had such a great experience living at this apartment community! The staff is always friendly, professional, and quick to help with anything I need. Maintenance requests get handled fast, and the property is kept clean and well-maintained. My apartment itself is spacious, quiet, and comfortable — it really feels like home. The amenities are convenient, parking is easy, and the location is perfect for everything I need day-to-day.

These apartments look great! I was very shocked by the renovations when I took my tour, I would highly recommend looking into Willowood apartments for your next home!

Had a great experience at Willowood Apartments. The manager Abbi was very patient and helpful. The one bedroom apartment we applied for met all our expectations. My wife and I are looking forward to our new place at Willowood.

I took a tour there earlier this week and the property was great! The new renovations in the unit are coming together nicely. The office staff was super nice and helpful when it came to all my questions. Definitely considering moving into willowwood!

Abigale is a wonderful person. She showed me an apartment when it was raining outside. Once we were done I went to the office and she sat down and helped me fill out an application. I've lived here for 2 months and nothing but great things.

The one bedroom apartment was nice, with an updated kitchen, and new wood flooring. Abbi gave me all the information I needed and did a great job helping my envision living here.

This community is super cute! The floor plans are spacious with vaulted ceilings. Very quiet and well maintained.

The community here is friendly and respectful! Office staff is very attentive. The grounds are always kept up nice and clean. My apartment turned out better than I expected when moving in.

The grounds and apartments are absolutely awesome as someone new to renting an apartment I can give Willowood 10/5 stars.

Willowood Apartments are cheap and not well-maintained. They do not care about their residents or property. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

I’ve been living at Willowood apartments for about a month now. Since living, all my maintenance requests have been answered promptly and quickly resolved, the upkeep to the apartment (trash taken out, cut grass, etc) has been on point, and the neighbors are kind and quiet. Parking is really convenient and right next to your home. I think it’s a really amazing spot to live. Nicole, the leasing agent, is amazing and will make sure you’re well taken care of!

Up to date apartments that’s been renovated, Quiet, low-key area. Staff is really helpful. Can’t beat that in this area.

This is a very nice property. The grounds are clean and kept up nicely. The property was quiet and peaceful. Nicole is extremely helpful and professional. I am very impressed. I would suggest this community to my friends and family.

The apartment has new carpet, countertops, the maintenance response time is quicker than a hiccup. New screens, windows, doors. Ms Nicole has made the transition into the apartment smoother than a ship moves when it is out on a cruise. She's the best definition of compassion, kindness and understanding. Five Stars is not enough. How about a galaxy

So quiet and clean. Close to everything. I really love this place.

I don’t like the way the landlord treat her tenants, she wouldn’t renew my lease EVEN THOUGH I paid rent on time. You would think she would consider because of COVID but didn’t. She had an attitude when I confronted her about the matter. It feels like I’m stepping on nails trying to please the landlord. You Dan find a better apartment with your money.

I used to stay at Willow wood apt, and never had an issue. The property manager was extremely helpful in all phases of moving. She thoroughly explain all aspects of the move-in and move-out expectation, as well as explain community regulation (seeing as it in a apt community, the information was very helpful in establishing relationships w/ neighbors). The property manager and maintenance man were very approachable and helpful. From asking questions about the property and repairs to even giving a hand w/ the move in and grocery's from time to time. The only reason I moved was to get a bigger home. Otherwise I'd still be in my cozy apartment.

I have been living at Willowood for a year now and this has been my first apartment living experience. I was actually about to be homeless before I found this place. I had a small window of time to find a place before my living situation was about to get dire in the middle of winter and Willowood Apartments was willing to work with me to give me a home. In the 3 years, I have been here I have had my cabinets upgraded, my fridge upgraded, and just recently the management at Willowood partnered up with DP&L to get all of its residents a new energy efficient showerhead, light bulbs, and power strip for free! The place has always been clean and the neighborhood is quiet and safe to live in which is important to me. I have enjoyed my time here with the quiet community and the helpful staff. It's a nice place to live. It only lost a star for the lack of pool, because I am a summer baby who loves to be near the water. Would recommend for anybody!
