Norcross is a small suburban community located about 30 minutes northeast of downtown Atlanta. Three of the region’s major thoroughfares (Interstate 85, Buford Highway, and Peachtree Industrial Boulevard) connect Norcross to Atlanta proper, giving folks easy access to the larger city for work or leisure. This place is filled with snakes never move there. Always on the prowl to notice of leasing violations. I do not recommend this place. I pay my rent on time. Yet they always find a way to compain about something.
The maintenance team here is amazing. They are are alway quick to get things done! Ans for the most part it was a very quiet and nice place to live. I enjoyed my time staying at Willow!

Not the greatest property to live at. New management has made it hard to contact anyone in the office. No one answers the phone. There are hardly any amenities to enjoy and the prices aren’t worth the apartment

2 years and it’s still good! There’s been change to management a couple of times but it hasn’t had any type of negative impact on my residency.

Wish I had nice upgrades like the other renovated apartments. When I moved in 6.5 years ago Everything in the kitchen would be falling apart. The refrigerator, the drawers, sinks, tub from either rust or age.

The fastest move-in process and maintenance came super quickly to resolve a couple of issues that were pretty minor. Tiffany in the leasing office, is the best.
This is one of the worst places I've ever lived. There is terrible communication with the leasing office and they will tow your car illegally and without warning. It's a very uneasy place to live.
I’ve been living here for a few years now and i love it . The only issues i have is the trash compactor seems to go out a lot and i hate how they go up on rent but they don’t come do any upgrades
Really love living here. August will make.a year and it has been a really pleasurable experience so far. Love that the property is well lit and cared for.
I love it here ! It’s so quiet and well kept . I love how it’s tucked off in the back and there is little to no sound coming from the highway which means the walls are well insulated
The location was brought by a new company in 2022, and they have been working hard to update the location. Keep in mind that the apartments are less than 50 yards from I85, so highway noise is constant, and a quarry is less than a half mile north, so hearing and literally feeling blasts from the quarry happens almost every morning.
Anytime I need anything done, they are the first to get it done fast! I have no complaints about these apartments, no matter what you need done they are there to get it done quickly
I am glad I found this portal as I want to ensure everyone that this is a wonderful community to live. I have been here for 5 years and seen management come and go, and to be honest after looking at the bigger picture I must say Gables Management Team is like no other, they are experts at what they do and how they manage. A lot of improvements have been done throughout the property as well. Maintenance always attentive and grounds are always kept clean, and the community, very dog friendly! I can promise you that it's worth coming and checking out and hopefully you get to choose to call this community your next home as I have been able to.
They never answer the phone. You can literally have a massive leak flooding your whole apartment they will not answer. But when you got to the office it’s 5 of them sitting in there doing nothing.
I talked to Inez and she was pretty rude when I was asking her questions about the website not listing the 2 bedroom floor plans nor the correct phone number. She stated that I was on the wrong site so I asked her for the correct site and she told me to go to apartments.com and look at the pictures. I informed her that I was on the site and I did not see the actual floor plans for two bedrooms. I could tell she became irritated as she cut me off and said "Just come in if you need to see it." I do not want to even go now because of her rudeness. I also read the google reviews and they are pretty bad too.
