Property Ratings at Willow Trace
The one bedroom, that I toured had a washer and dryer and is still under renovation. The apartment itself is nice, but unfortunately reeks of smoke and the only one they had available was in front of the trash bin… made it smell even worse.
I love living at Willow Trace Apartments it's very comfortable spacier apartment for handicap accessible for me I love the people that are in the office and I'm maintenance I couldn't ask for anything better just feel at home lived in Franklin all my life moved here in 2020 been happy ever since besides the loss of our daughter last year August 26th 2021 otherwise we're very happy when we are very compassionate people very caring they listen to you and they make sure what you need to have done is done thank you

Overall, Willow Trace is a great place to live. The staff has always been, professional, supportive and helpful. Maintenance has been responsive, professional, and very knowledgeable. We have new owners, but so far, I've seen improvements since they took over. They appear to care about the property and the residents.

Safe and peaceful small community. The location is close to major routes and highways in the area and also restaurants and shopping. The management is professional and upbeat at the same time. They tend to needs and concerns right away.

You can not hear anything from the other apartments when you are the inside your apartment. That makes it very nice and peaceful. The location is great and the apartment complex is not overwhelming in size. The management is very professional and courteous. If we do need any service or repair, they take care of it right away. We feel safe here.
I am so glad to have found Willow Trace - wonderful caring staff. The property is located close to the casino - Gillette stadium and the Wrentham Mall- everyday I feel lucky to be able to live here- we are luck to have a five star property right here in Plainville Ma.
