Willow Oaks is known as one of Hampton’s best neighborhoods to live in and it’s not hard to see why. This neighborhood is family-friendly with great schools and boasts an incredible central location. Willow Oaks is about four miles north of Downtown Hampton and Hampton University. Several beaches like Buckroe Beach and Park are about five miles away. Willow Oaks is wooded and rests between the Southwest Branch Back River and the Hampton River, giving residents access to several parks and the river. Locals flock to Gosnold's Hope Park for kayaking and boating. Willow Oaks is mainly residential, but there are several restaurants, grocers, and stores scattered throughout the area. The neighborhood has affordable to upscale houses, apartments, and townhomes available for rent.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Willow Oaks
Moved in Nov 9th 2023 . Suppose to be Nov 3rd came into my appt on the 3rd and the ceiling was falling apart upstairs bathroom sink had a huge crack in it . Delayed our moved in day . Finally moved in I swear a month later the dry wall from the ceiling , leak everywhere , something always wrong with the plumbing and the old pipes , my A/c went out the filter was filthy . My sink disposable always stop working , and let’s talk about the Rental office and the staff itself .they suck everyone whose been in office suck , I believe they’re going thru a change right now and NO ONE ever there , literally have to email them to get them to fix anything or contact someone . It’s miserable The rent high as hell and they make sure that’s on time the units are terrible don’t get me wrong it’s the space for me it’s huge but overall it’s not worth your money ! Don’t settle like we did
