Property Ratings at Willow Gardens
3 months in and we were so done with this place!, we rented a 1st floor unit and the people upstairs are just very very noisy, they work at night so you start hearing the noise from 12am go on til 3 or 4am, dropping heavy stuff on the floor and awaking us at night, we made multiple complaints, to the office and the super and nothing happened, then I wanted to follow up because they just continued with the noise and they had switched management companies so I had to tell the story all over again because apparently it was never documented, we recently gave our notice to leave (3 months in advance) and they're already showing the apt with us leaving there which makes me very uncomfortable to have strangers come over, this has been the worst property I have ever lived in! DO NOT RENT UNIT 265 B, UNLESS YOU HAVE A NIGHT SHIFT JOB AND LIKE TO SLEEP THROUGHOUT THE DAY, otherwise you won't be able to sleep at night
We have been very happy at willow gardens ... the super Thomas takes very good care of the property and the apts .... clean and safe
