I have lived at Willow Creek Apartments for over 3 years. It is well maintained and the manager is great. My internet, water, sewer, and trash is covered in the rent.
I really like the pool except when people are here that are non residents or have a large number of guests. I wish we had keys or a key card for the people.
The apartments are a good size and have decent storage. Patios are a great size. Manager is attentive and I enjoy the amenities. Overall decent place to live.
Apartments are spacious, staff is friendly, and maintenance is quick when needed.
Willow Creek has always been courteous and helpful, they are quick to maintenance when needed, they have a pool, they're pet friendly, and they have socials where we can meet our neighbors!
There are many people that live at this property for decades, and there's a reason. The apartments are beautiful and well maintained. I've never had an issue with any sort of infestation and maintenance is always quick to respond when needed. The management is quick to respond and flexible when appropriate, patient, and take the time to establish a relationship with residents. Only complaint I have after living here for so long is that it would be nice to have some of the more heftier apartment upgrades.
They’re quick to address any issues I may have during my stay. Management is nice. Keep it up!

If you ever have issues or questions, the Willow Creek staff ensure you have a an easy and effective way to communicate your needs. The maintenance team is friendly and quick to resolve any problems.
Huge apartment units with huge patio- extra storage closet on the patio also. Friendly staff. Very laid back atmosphere. Still treat residents like people and friends!
Great place to live! My only complaint is the price increase when renewing is unfortunate.
I've lived here for about 2ish years in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit and I've loved it so far. If there was ever an issue within the apartment (which was very rarely), I would get help in the same day. Maybe within a couple of hours, if that. Parking availability is open, but a little tougher to find a spot at night when everyone is at home. Which is understandable. The living experience overall has been nice and peaceful. My neighbors are great too.

So happy with our choice to live at Willow creek. It's a prime location and so family friendly. We have a beautiful 2 bed 2 bathroom at one of the best rates in Springfield.
The apartments are spacious and updated. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and businesses without feeling like you are in the middle of everything!
Willow Creek is a very quiet community. My concerns are addressed promptly and with respect. I have lived here for a year and have never had a cop car in the parking lot or have had no problems with neighbors. I would refer this to a friend for sure.

My son and I have lived here 3 years now and we just love it. It's a quiet area, spacious, and everyone working here is super nice.
We really enjoy the space that most apartment complexes normally wouldn't provide. Also every so often they do special things to decrease rent on occasion, in forms of decoration for Halloween, and Christmas contests, and they work with you on everything. Staff is great!
I have lived at Willow Creek Apartments for several years and it is a great place to live. It is close to everything, the apartments are spacious and the management is friendly.
