It’s great here! Some small maintenance could be done for smells within the community such as deep cleaning the hallway carpets and monitoring the trash chute. Great location and nice amenities. Kind residents and staff.

Our movein process has been so smooth and we love the upgraded appliances and available amenities! For me the biggest perk to this apartment is its great location - walkable to MARTA and many of my favorite restaurants / bakeries / shops.

If you are a woman do not move here. There is no help when you have any form of a maintenance issue at night they do not offer 24 hours assistance not to mention the front desk manager is very rude and disrespectful. They allowed three men to walk into my apartment while I was unclothed without my permission or pre-notifying me, the owners of the apartment refused to answer my messages pertaining to the event. The manager will not talk to me about it and also informed her staff not to because they know it’s wrong, somebody should know. The other staff are kind. Nice pool.

We do have 24 hour maintenance that can be reached by calling our leasing office and following the prompts, however we do apologize if there were any issues reaching the maintenance team at that time. We did make sure to communicate our Smart Lock upgrade project to the entire community via email on several occasions, however, we certainly apologize for any breakdowns in communication during that process. The miscommunication was discussed in a private meeting in the leasing office shortly after it occurred, any additional in-person meetings would have been welcomed if requested. We made sure to use the miscommunication as a coaching moment for our maintenance team at the time, to make sure that they were properly announcing themselves when entering apartment homes. Please always feel free to reach out to our team at 404-965-2070, we'd love the opportunity to make it right.
The application process was very smooth, I enjoyed working with the team on securing my apartment! The only thing I’d suggest is perhaps a welcome break package of some sort (a candle, welcome mat, a pen/notebook, it doesn’t have to be anything expensive). It’s cute, others do it and it adds a touch of personality.

I moved here almost a year ago, and I have enjoyed my experience. The building is nice and well kept. Carpets in the halls can sometimes hold an odor, but they are maintained well. The amenities are nice, but the gym could stand to get a facelift with new equipment (I.e., stair master, more seated workout machines). My apartment is beautiful. Any issues I’ve ever had (minor), maintenance has been quick to resolve them. The location is great. Walkable and easy access to downtown. Local downtown Decatur is close, and it’s never more than 20ish minutes to anywhere in the city! Overall, a positive first rental experience.

I’ve been a resident of Willis Avondale for almost 1 year & so far I’ve had a pleasant experiment. I love the modern & chic look of the interior & the stainless steel appliances. I've been living here for about a year and I absolutely love this property. The maintenance team is top tier, they complete work orders within 2 days of submitting a work order. The leasing staff are always professional, responsive, and friendly. The community is always well kept and clean. The location is great with a Publix shopping center walking distance and the Dekalb Farmers market close by. The building is always clean and maintenance services are fast and efficient. It’s a pretty quiet building and neighbors are friendly. The monthly events help bring neighbors together for fun events.

I love my apartment, the location and and neighbors are friendly. I have been disappointed with upkeep of game room games and that the front door lock is broken defeating the purpose of having fobs. Weight room has been out of sanitation spray on a few an occasions.

The building if fine, very similar to others in the area. The initial management team was excellent, friendly, and truly helpful. The various reviews you see reflect that. However, a new management team came in. They are less than helpful.

I would highly recommend this community because of the manager, agents and the general ambiance.
All personnel at Willis always conduct themselves in the most courteous and professional manners. The maintenance staff are hard working and efficient and respect the tenant's living area.
The environment seems positive and uplifting,,the staff is friendly and helpful and the building is clean.
Originally I would have said not likely but Kevin, Victoria, and KB have really taken the time to make sure my experience here AFTER the move-in has been better than expected.
Community is very loud. The walls seem to let in a lot of noise.
I have only been here for a week but the customer service has been excellent from the leasing office to the maintenance staff.
The layout is spacious, amenities like gym look amazing. As well as the overall energy is very positive.
It's a great community to live in and it is also in a great location; it's safe as well
The agents were very patient while we made our changes to reach our final decision.
As of now, I am Delighted with the service we have received thus far.
