I like the spacious rooms and tall ceilings that makes an airy environment. The large patio is an excellent private place to relax and enjoy the beauty and serenity of the outdoors. It serves as a place to call home.

Quiet, safe, and clean--this is a nice community just next door to Bothell. Though right off of the freeway, it is VERY quiet here which is a massive plus given the location.

Willina Ranch provided a quick and easy application process with timely response. The units were well kept and spacious with lots of privacy even in a large apartment complex. Staff are easy to work with and the community is quiet and relaxed.

I love how much Dawn and Andy care about the property and residents! They are amazing, and it saddens me that we have to move. I very highly recommend this apartment complex.

Poor management, cheap units and appliances, very expensive for what you get. They’ll hit you with fees on move out ($179 cleaning and $89 carpet cleaning), and take your deposits, regardless of how well you’ve cleaned.

Just moved in and have had a few maintenance needs already, but the staff have all been super friendly and responding to our concerns as soon as they are able.
Willina management far surpasses any I have leased from, they really care that you feel like this is home!
Even though it's right along 405, willina ranch is actually pretty quiet and secluded. The office is right up by the road but most the buildings are actually set quite a ways back. The complex just seems to keep going. Because of that, you really don't get anybody hanging around or someing through that doesn't live here. Maintenance requests sometimes take awhile, but have always been dealt with. Borders Cedar Park Christian School which is nice. Pets ok. Parking is limited abd reserved spots are super expensive. Unheated pool. Hot tub. Small gym. Garbage service.
