The community of Clemens & Munsinger Gardens covers a large geographical area, forming a rough triangle between the east bank of the Mississippi River, Route 195, and Highway 169. You get what you pay! Spacious bedrooms and a unique layout. Enjoy that the kitchen is so open. For the price I recommend them
It is a nice place to live for college students. They do a good job plowing in the winter. There also is a free bus that runs to campus.
