Wildwood & Soundview Garden Apartments

The staff here are awesome but the constant noise is unbearable. The wall is very thin so you can basically hear everything that your neighbor is doing. And I have never lived in a community where the leaf blower is being used this much, it drives me nuts.

Management and maintenance are great,friendly, and very responsive. The apartments themselves are nice and comfy. Very family friendly! And the grounds are nicely maintained and beautiful

We've lived here for 3 years and love it. Beautiful asks beautifully maintained. Fountains, flowers..a real oasis. Very convenient to NYC...only 40 minutes by train. Walk to shopping. 1 assigned parking space and plenty of unassigned parking included. The apartments are large with loads of closet space. Beautiful hardwood floors. We are very happy living here.

I lived here last year (2020-201), and had a wonderful experience. The property management team is friendly and responsive. The apartment I had was neat, appropriately budgeted for the area, and had a nice view of the gardens outside. Port Washington is a beautiful and quiet area to live in. Nice apartments for a family. Highly recommended!

Great location, walking distance to 2 shopping plazas and to the water. Quiet and relaxing courtyard (BBQs, water fountains, benches to work from outdoors). Staff is amazing and will go above and beyond to help. Maintenance is always around, quick to respond and grounds are kept clean at all times. Neighbors are friendly and welcoming - truly a community. If you are looking to be in a great location, close to NYC this is where you’ll want to be!

Wildwood & Soundview Apartments are more than just buildings and amenities.  There is a community here made up of dedicated staff who work very hard to maintain the property in first-class condition.  The apartments are clean and comfortable, the common areas are inviting, and all the facilities are in working order.  There is a professional maintenance team that's always on-the-go.  And building management is very responsive to tenants.

I've lived in Wildwood twice and Soundview once (long story), I must enjoy it as I keep coming back! I like the convenience of the shopping center next door, movie theater, and restaurants within walking distance of the apartments. Service is good, the Spivacks' staff is very good when it comes to any issues that arise, they don't give you lip service and leave you waiting. It's not too far from the LIE and Northern State, the backroads through Plandome get you there in a jiff, and the surrounding town is quaint and quiet, highly recommended.

Full time maintenance and property Management on property! Not only that, but all the staff members are so friendly. The community is so welcoming and friendly. Inside the apartments and outside is spectacular! I would recommend living here to anyone!

These apartments have full time maintenance staff, not just a superintendent. Problems get solved very quickly, which is better than many other places. If the AC breaks or the sink is clogged someone is there to take care of it in a timely manner. The grounds are well kept, there’s plenty of parking, and it is close to the water and the LIRR. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, but there are restaurants and a grocery store within a very short walking distance. Management is friendly and proactive, just don’t tell them you are a Red Sox fan.

I absolutely love living here. The grounds are immaculate and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. It is close to the LIRR, town, waterfront, Manorhaven pool, restaurants etc. I highly recommend this apartment house.

These apartments are spotless! The grounds are beautiful and if anything is ever broken it’s fixed quickly. I lived living here !

Ample parking. Basement as storage. Laundry rooms in every other building. Large beautiful courtyards. Great maintenance 24/7. 6 minute drive to Long Island Rail to take into NYC.
