Overall it’s an ok place to stay short term. I don’t like seeing trash all day the day before trash is to be picked up. The landscaping could be better. Flowers hanging over sidewalks. The renovated apartments is a bandaid over the bad. Wasn’t happy with the smoke smell of the apartment when I moved in. Water pressure and temp. Painted tubs and walls are rough……. Overall it is ok. Being uncomfortable will force me to look for something else sooner
My experience thus far has been positive. Maintenance is trustworthy, competent and fast. Front office staff are accommodating and knowledgeable. I love the “no assigned” parking and the commitment to keeping to community aesthetically appealing. You can tell the agency vets residents throughly, tenants are friendly and compliant.

The community feels safe and is mostly quiet. It sits far back off the road, so it avoids a lot of the noise and commotion from the road The big problem is the bugs and the cockroaches.

Could do better with keeping the breezeways and stairwell clean by allowing the leaf blowers to clean all areas instead of parking lot and in front of leasing office. Breezeway is filled with spiders and webs, trash from leaves, also has pollen that has been there since April..looks real, real bad. Carpeting needs to be replaced for those that have lived in same apartment over 5 years. Need more parking spaces especially near Bldg 3. When the pool is open the ones that live in the Bldg can not find parking because pool goers take our spots. It is quiet here and I have not heard of any violence. Great location to everything.

The neighbor hood is quiet and peaceful, for the most part. Neighbors appear to be friendly and respectful towards each other. There's ample parking available for everyone, including guests. Having available services like trash pick up and disposal, access to 2 pools, and mail delivery is a plus. The only downside is the noise level from the neighbors upstairs above us, but some of the noise is to be expected.

I have been pretty satsified with my stay here so far. The only issues that I have are some of the new fees being charged, such as package delivery fees (I do not have packages delivered to apt, but have to pay a fee) and trash pick up (most of the time they are not picking up trash, and I can throw mine in the dumpster on the way out of the complex)

I have been living here almost 8 years now and can say that it is a very quiet place to live. The grounds are well maintained. The location is convenient to all interstates and there are a lot of back roads that you can take to avoid the interstate when it is backed up. I have not had any problems with maintenance fixing any issues.

We've only been here for 2 months so far, but everything's been great as of yet. No pest issues, no obnoxious neighbors. The complex hosts community events for residents, which is pretty cool. The only thing I'd recommend from the complex is upgrading the amenities a bit. The big pool is amazing obviously, but the gym is very lackluster compared to other communities I toured, so is the laundry care center. I don't care too much for the laundry center though since most, if not all, the units have in-unit washer and dryers. The gate seems to be broken every now and then but it's not a big deal to me, it's pretty safe over here. Being a 20-30minute walk from the Braves stadium and being this affordable is pretty good.

What I really like is the beautiful complex, including the gym and the pool. The leasing office and maintenance team are also easy to reach and respond quickly. The unrenovated apartments are quite old and no longer of the highest quality, but the rent is very fair considering that.

The move in process went very smoothly and they have been accommodating. I was not allowed to see the exact apartment prior to move in, but it ended up being okay. I have really enjoyed living here so far.

For what this community has to offer you would think they would be priced similar to complexes in Midtown, but you would be wrong! The value Wildwood Ridge has a whole is really something m, especially being so close to many restaurants and entertainment

I’ve really enjoyed my time living at Wildwood Ridge Apartments in Atlanta, GA. The community is peaceful, well-maintained, and the amenities are great, which makes it a comfortable place to call home. The staff is friendly and responsive, and I appreciate how clean and quiet the property is. That being said, the one area I wish could be improved is the transferring process. While I love the apartment itself, the steps to transfer to a new unit could have been a bit more seamless. Overall, though, I’m very happy with my choice and would still highly recommend Wildwood Ridge Apartments to anyone looking for a quiet, convenient place in Atlanta. With just a little improvement in the transfer experience, this place would be perfect!

I lived here about 3.5 years and I really enjoyed it. The complex was quiet, well kept, and the staff was real pleasant to work with. Everyone is super friendly and the maintenance requests were always handled in like a day, if not the same day. I’d certainly live here again. Thanks again!

Pretty easy move in process, happy with the condition of the apartment, the only thing was our cold water was not turned on in the kitchen, but easy fix and maintenance was quick in fixing the issue.

Safe environment and like that, it is back off of the main road. Creates a quieter environment. Neighbors can sometimes be noisy as ceilings are very thin.

It has been pretty pleasant at Wildwood. One thing that I do not like is having to pay to hold packages, especially since I do not have packages delivered onsite.

This complex has A LOT of work to do. If I had more money, I would’ve moved out a long time ago. I’ve experienced hot water issues, lack of professionalism & integrity from maintenance, and the amenities are not what they describe online. Don’t move here, the money isn’t worth it

It’s a very good community, and its staff are awesome, always willing to help. For an older building the noise is not bad (specially if you choose the townhouse).

I would give it 5 stars if the trash pickup was consistent. Had an animal get into my trash one night. Everything else has been good so far.
