I'm very impressed how the maintenance staff and the front offi e staff communicate to get things done in the units and around the property.
I have been here now for 4 months and I still love this place. My husband and I owned a home for 16years. After all the kids moved into their own place we decided to downsize. The best decision we made was to move here. The office staff is wonderful, the community is clean and quiet, the maintenance team is outstanding. I never expected to have such a great experience. I have been living here almost 8 years now and can say that it is a very quiet place to live. The grounds are well maintained. The location is convenient to all interstates and there are a lot of back roads that you can take to avoid the interstate when it is backed up. I have not had any problems with maintenance fixing any issues.

We've only been here for 2 months so far, but everything's been great as of yet. No pest issues, no obnoxious neighbors. The complex hosts community events for residents, which is pretty cool. The only thing I'd recommend from the complex is upgrading the amenities a bit. The big pool is amazing obviously, but the gym is very lackluster compared to other communities I toured, so is the laundry care center. I don't care too much for the laundry center though since most, if not all, the units have in-unit washer and dryers. The gate seems to be broken every now and then but it's not a big deal to me, it's pretty safe over here. Being a 20-30minute walk from the Braves stadium and being this affordable is pretty good.

What I really like is the beautiful complex, including the gym and the pool. The leasing office and maintenance team are also easy to reach and respond quickly. The unrenovated apartments are quite old and no longer of the highest quality, but the rent is very fair considering that.

I’ve really enjoyed my time living at Wildwood Ridge Apartments in Atlanta, GA. The community is peaceful, well-maintained, and the amenities are great, which makes it a comfortable place to call home. The staff is friendly and responsive, and I appreciate how clean and quiet the property is. That being said, the one area I wish could be improved is the transferring process. While I love the apartment itself, the steps to transfer to a new unit could have been a bit more seamless. Overall, though, I’m very happy with my choice and would still highly recommend Wildwood Ridge Apartments to anyone looking for a quiet, convenient place in Atlanta. With just a little improvement in the transfer experience, this place would be perfect!

Pretty easy move in process, happy with the condition of the apartment, the only thing was our cold water was not turned on in the kitchen, but easy fix and maintenance was quick in fixing the issue.

Safe environment and like that, it is back off of the main road. Creates a quieter environment. Neighbors can sometimes be noisy as ceilings are very thin.

This complex has A LOT of work to do. If I had more money, I would’ve moved out a long time ago. I’ve experienced hot water issues, lack of professionalism & integrity from maintenance, and the amenities are not what they describe online. Don’t move here, the money isn’t worth it

The Conplex is very clean. Maintenance is super fast to answer any maintenance request. Non updated units still have landlord specials but the units are very solid.

It is a relatively quiet property that is close to a mall, restaurants, and grocery stores, etc. Management tries to keep the appearance of the community appealing, however, there are too many times when the 3rd party trash collection crew doesn't work, and the trash accumulates accordingly. I don't even use the service, but I still have to pay for it.

The staff have been great - we’ve had some problems in our unit upon moving in because we don’t think the previous tenets took care of the unit well and the staff have been very helpful. We love the location and the access to walking trails since we have a dog.

I really enjoy it here so far! I’ve eyed this complex for a bit, and finally getting to enjoy it. It’s very quiet, it gives a safe neighborhood vibe. Moving in was simple and everything was relatively clean. Maintenance requests are responded to pretty quickly, and the portal is easy to use. My only complaint would be the “valet” trash service that is included (mandatory) in rent. I’ve left my trash outside for pickup multiple days in the row, and it seems like the vendor just doesn’t care to pick it up. I’ve taken my trash to the dumpster, which is on the opposite side of the complex, more than this service has come to pick it up. I’d rather save my $20ish a month if this continues. My neighbors have all said that their trash rarely gets picked up to. A bit useless at this point.

Move in experience has been subpar for a place that describes itself as "Premier". Rushed job! The paint wasn't dry on the wall; it peels off at a mere touch. The bathtub was poorly painted as well. Parts of it is already peeling off in less than a month of living here. To make matters worse, it was painted just prior to move-in, as a result, we had to contend with the noxious smell--waking up everyday with stuffy nose and burning eyes for 2 weeks. Additionally, the unit wasn't thoroughly cleaned (dust and debris everywhere). Lastly, some of the maintenance requests have been poorly managed. The AC unit does not cool upstairs (only the downstairs stays cool while the bedrooms upstairs are warm: 87-89 degrees). I submitted a request for an HVAC technician to inspect the cause, however the building maintenance crew were sent instead, and their solution was that I should "buy a window AC unit". Afterwards, the work order was closed. For a "premier" apartment home, Wildwood Ridge should do better. I am highly displeased.

Wildwood is great community to live, they have 2 big pools, good Gym and good maintenance team, most of the time request fulfilled within one day.

I had a water flooding inside my apartment incident just one week after we moved in and it's been more than 1 and a half months and the community is still working on the fix. We are now forced to move to a different apartment after we moved in a week before this happened as they can not guarantee they can fix this for sure. Worst experience with all this incident and the way it's getting handled. We are not even getting any compensation after all this trouble. So, no fixing no compensation just frustration.

Great location. Easy access to the interstate. Location to great eatery's, shopping and entertainment. It is very quiet with nice neighbors. Maintenance respond quick to repairs.

We have had a decent stay here, but there have been a few downfalls. The main ones being the thin walls and ceilings and the landscaping issues

The management team is very nice but the apartments are old and need a lot of work. There are roached and the trash valet company always has an issues and trash is not picked on scheduled time.s
