I have been pretty satsified with my stay here so far. The only issues that I have are some of the new fees being charged, such as package delivery fees (I do not have packages delivered to apt, but have to pay a fee) and trash pick up (most of the time they are not picking up trash, and I can throw mine in the dumpster on the way out of the complex)

Quiet community for the most part. Off of the main road so it’s nice to walk in peace. Bugs and roaches are the negative with living here. Neighbors above can also wake you out of your sleep

I have been living here almost 8 years now and can say that it is a very quiet place to live. The grounds are well maintained. The location is convenient to all interstates and there are a lot of back roads that you can take to avoid the interstate when it is backed up. I have not had any problems with maintenance fixing any issues.

We've only been here for 2 months so far, but everything's been great as of yet. No pest issues, no obnoxious neighbors. The complex hosts community events for residents, which is pretty cool. The only thing I'd recommend from the complex is upgrading the amenities a bit. The big pool is amazing obviously, but the gym is very lackluster compared to other communities I toured, so is the laundry care center. I don't care too much for the laundry center though since most, if not all, the units have in-unit washer and dryers. The gate seems to be broken every now and then but it's not a big deal to me, it's pretty safe over here. Being a 20-30minute walk from the Braves stadium and being this affordable is pretty good.

What I really like is the beautiful complex, including the gym and the pool. The leasing office and maintenance team are also easy to reach and respond quickly. The unrenovated apartments are quite old and no longer of the highest quality, but the rent is very fair considering that.

I’ve really enjoyed my time living at Wildwood Ridge Apartments in Atlanta, GA. The community is peaceful, well-maintained, and the amenities are great, which makes it a comfortable place to call home. The staff is friendly and responsive, and I appreciate how clean and quiet the property is. That being said, the one area I wish could be improved is the transferring process. While I love the apartment itself, the steps to transfer to a new unit could have been a bit more seamless. Overall, though, I’m very happy with my choice and would still highly recommend Wildwood Ridge Apartments to anyone looking for a quiet, convenient place in Atlanta. With just a little improvement in the transfer experience, this place would be perfect!

Pretty easy move in process, happy with the condition of the apartment, the only thing was our cold water was not turned on in the kitchen, but easy fix and maintenance was quick in fixing the issue.

This complex has A LOT of work to do. If I had more money, I would’ve moved out a long time ago. I’ve experienced hot water issues, lack of professionalism & integrity from maintenance, and the amenities are not what they describe online. Don’t move here, the money isn’t worth it

The Conplex is very clean. Maintenance is super fast to answer any maintenance request. Non updated units still have landlord specials but the units are very solid.

I’m here at wildwood apartment since last 2 years and since the maintenance service is best. Whenever I raise any work request, the maintenance people try to fix all the issues.

My resident experience has been great! No complaints! The neighborhood is quiet, maintenance comes within a day, trash valet is great! I would definitely recommend Wildwood Ridge!

It is a relatively quiet property that is close to a mall, restaurants, and grocery stores, etc. Management tries to keep the appearance of the community appealing, however, there are too many times when the 3rd party trash collection crew doesn't work, and the trash accumulates accordingly. I don't even use the service, but I still have to pay for it.

The staff have been great - we’ve had some problems in our unit upon moving in because we don’t think the previous tenets took care of the unit well and the staff have been very helpful. We love the location and the access to walking trails since we have a dog.

Love it here staff is awesome! Been living here for 1 full year and have nothing but great things to say. Maintenance comes quickly for request which is another bonus! I had to renew my lease for another year term

The first few weeks have been mostly good, but we are still waiting for out washer and dryer to be delivered. Otherwise maintenance has been quick to address issues and the leasing staff is friendly and professional.

I really enjoy it here! It’s clean and quiet! The pools are lovely to swim at and have parties! I even had my mother mom rent an apartment here!

I like it here, the one thing that makes me not love it area the bugs and inconsistency of the valet trash. Also, the fees. They are ridiculously high. But I do love the location and the way my place is set up

I have been living in this residence for 3 years and I like it a lot! Its common areas are very good I love your pool and gym, whenever I write for a problem they solve it quickly! I love being part of this complex!
