Wildhorse at Tuscany

This property has gone through several management company changes since it opened less than four years ago, and each time they just get worse. I had to call the cops about dangerous situations three different times in the last year that I have lived here. Once you move in, the staff in the office NEVER answer the phone, and they never call you back. The dog park used to be nice, but now it’s so gross and smells awful. The pool is gross most of the time, when it used to be really nice. Over the winter, there was a homeless individual hiding in the stairwell, who ended up relieving himself in said stairwell. I called management three different times and sent emails. While they finally responded that the individual had left, they never cleaned up the urine or responded to my inquiry about it. There is allegedly a security company that drives the parking lot at night, and the first property management company did have one, but I have never seen a security car since this company took over. My car has been broken into, people have been physically fighting in the middle of the night in the parking lot, someone shot a gun near my building , and the cops came and found the shell casing. If you live in building A or B, the parking lot is always full, so if you come home after 8 o’clock, you have to walk across the entire complex in the dark, but management will not even consider assigned parking for “safety reasons.” Do not move here. It’s overpriced and it’s not a safe place to live.

Great place to live, I enjoy living here and have had no problems. The staff is great and always willing to help! The apartments are well maintained and are beautifully built with a great work out room, pool, and hot tub!

I've been a resident since June 2024. Ever since I first put in an application with them, I have always gotten very fast responses, answers to all my questions, and very friendly customer service. The unit was beautifully cleaned upon move in, the community is very interactive, and anytime I have ever had a concern (like maintenence needs or what have you) they have always been right ontop of it. The entire staff is wonderful! And the community is beautiful. Out of any apartment I have lived in in the last 10 years, this one outshines them all by a long shot!!!!! I have recommended this community to many folks :) thank you for maintaining such a great HOME environment !!! I haven't been happier.

This has been a great apartment complex to live in! Very pet-friendly, nice design of the spaces (the high ceilings and lighting give it a modern, open feel). Any maintenance requests and questions are handled promptly, and the staff is very friendly. Feels like a safe and peaceful community.

Such an amazing place, these apartments offer so much! Such a nice club house, amazing pool and hot tub, and beautiful apartments. We have never had a single problem here and the communication is wonderful! The property managers are always willing to take the time with us and make sure we are happy and satisfied. If you're looking for an amazing apartment, great people, amazing community, and safe community this is the place.

I've been here almost 3 years. It's been wonderful. Having in-unit washer/dryer is awesome. Staff are pleasant and accomodating. Wild Horse at Tuscany is home!

Me and my fiancé have lived here for almost a year now and we have nothing but great things to say! They were so helpful with the move in process, and made it as easy and comfortable as possible! We never have problems, and any questions we have always have a response immediately. Our apartment has never had any issues, and is so homey! We finally have a safe place to call home. If you’re looking for a very comfortable, roomy, quiet, and safe apartment this is the place!

I moved in late July and the office was accommodating about moving mid month and pro rating my rent. The apartment itself is amazing. The Wi-Fi was incredibly easy to set up and it was cheaper than comcast. The noise is minimal, which is rare in a complex and the other tenants and office staff have been so friendly. I’ve lived a lot of places and have had perhaps my best experience renting so far living here. Thanks to Wendy, Kelly and everyone else on staff that has made this such an easy transition!
