Best rent out there and low utilities
I can't find lower rent for a 2 bedroom without having to share with a stranger. Utilities are low. Mobile homes are older but its all mine and no sharing.

Cheap rent, safe, pets allowed
Your not going to get this rent price anywhere in the city. Pets are allowed and deposit is only $100. They do charger pet rent but it's $10 a month. Not getting that any where else. Yeah there older trailers but clean and landlord takes care of them. Well water is rusty sometime but let it run and it flushes out and the county have them test water every 3 months so it safe.
