The male manager doesn't follow up on any issue that he says to you he will follow up on. Even when complaining about the same issue for months and the lack of communication that came with it. 0/10 wouldn't recommend.

The move in process was fine it was having our vehicles broken into within 72 hours of living here that was a huge red flag

Community is beautiful and quiet. The apartments are a great size. It’s in a convenient location. Property is kept clean. Appliance in the apartment does not work and maintenance is not timely in effectively resolving issues. Poor communication with maintenance issues. I do worry I am being disregarded but it’s too early tell. Could be easily cleared with effective communication. Office staff is very welcoming attentive and knowledgeable. Maintenance staff super polite and professional. So far pretty good!

Hi, we're so glad that we were able to go above and beyond your expectations!
I submitted a repair request for my microwave over a month ago. Kathy, the leasing “professional,” initially told me I would receive a new microwave last month. However, I had to repeatedly follow up to get it replaced. When maintenance finally installed a replacement, it was a dirty, used microwave with a broken vent. After that, it took another month to have the vent repaired, despite Kathy’s repeated assurances that the repair would be completed “soon.” Only after I escalated the issue to the Leasing Manager were the microwave repair, carpet shampooing, and light bulb replacement finally completed. This was after weeks of unfulfilled promises and a lack of follow-up from Kathy.

Good place to live. I like the gate entrance feature but I wish the gates were updated to nicer ones where the doors didn’t just slam when you close them. I wish the stairs leading up to the apartments were cleaner and I with the parking lot was also gated.

You're the best! We really appreciate the positive review.
I was given an apartment with dog care and the dog hair is still there. If you guys are going to be a pet friendly community any resident that has a pet and moves out you should automatically replace the carpet because that’s not fair to the next resident coming in. I should not still be seeing pet hair now. Whitehall did accommodate me for it but it’s still the principal there’s still dog hair in the carpet you have to take that into account. It’s not sanitary.

I've been a resident of Whitehall Parc for seven years, and I can honestly say it's been a great experience. I've never stayed in one community this long, but the cleanliness of the property, the proactive efforts to maintain safety, and the overall appeal of the community have kept me renewing my lease year after year. The office staff is consistently friendly, professional, and approachable. They do a great job of keeping residents informed about current events and community activities. It's a beautiful and convenient place to live, and most importantly, I always feel safe

I have lived here since May 2023 and have no complaints. Any time I have had a work order they fix it in a timely manner. The office staff is always very friendly.

I waited to see how things were during the weekend & I give this neighborhood a 5 star. This is such a great location with mindful neighbors. I never had to put in any maintenance requests because they literally came and asked if I needed anything else and fixed it right then and there. They were ON IT! This has been the easiest move in process and I am so happy with my apartment location. Definitely feels like I’m getting what I paid for!

My experience was crazy from the beginning. I moved in and noticed that there was a ton of ants in the kitchen cabinets, crawling up the wall in my daughters bedroom. It was a ton of ants on the baseboard, crawling around in her closet, crawling around in her bathroom crawling around. Appliances were not clean. There was ton of a ton of food. Left under appliances puzzle piece stuck to the kitchen floor, broken blinds, food or something stuck to the ceiling in the second bedroom the tubs were dirty and stained the drawers in the bathrooms, and in the kitchen were damaged on the inside. And also when I moved in, I had started my energy services the day before I moved in, so it will be ready for move-in. I came in and my patio door was left open, this was my worst moving experience ever. Now after a month it’s OK here the community is great. You can hear your neighbors but it’s whatever.

Living in Whitehall Park has been a great experience. It is a very clean, quiet neighborhood with good apartments. The attention of the staff is very good in any situation. Due to its location, Whitehall Park has immediate access to shopping centers and restaurants, as well as banks. It is a great place to live.

Overall the complex is good for it to be older. I have been here for 3 years and the issues I have are mainly because of the apartments being older. Turnover of staff of course but that’s expected and I would say high turnover of maintenance team

I have really enjoyed my stay with the Whitehall Oarc community. I've lived here since I've moved to Charlotte. I feel safe and it's very convenient to local stores, airport etc. I love that the office staff keeps us up to date with community activities or concerns. The entire office staff were very friendly in welcoming me and my daughter to the complex and to Charlotte area. Kandess was my direct Leasing agent she was very professional, knowledgeable, and informative on all my inquiries on and off the property. She was amazing in helping me thru whole leasing process with me adjusting thru a stressful move here. We love our new spacious Apartment home, the spectacular views, and phenomenal Amenities here at Whitehall Parc.

Appartment community is very nice! All the ammenities are taken care of. Only one thing would like to point out is the pool restroom. It should be paid much more attention. Special shout out for the maintenance team!
