Located on the northeast side of San Antonio, Burning Tree is a terrific community bordered on its south side by McAllister Park. This 976-acre park is terrific to have as your backyard, offering hiking trails, picnic pavilions, playgrounds, a dog park, and fitness stations.On the northwest side of the neighborhood, Lorence Creek Park follows the creek and provides a natural setting with forested areas and terrific views.
Situated between Whisper Hollow and Eden, Burning Tree is framed by Jones Maltsberger Road and Thousand Oaks. At the northern tip of the neighborhood, you'll find a large shopping plaza. The rest of the neighborhood is primarily residential, defined by mature trees and shady streets. Spanish-style homes -- complete with stucco exterior, arches, and tile roofs -- dominate the area, but you'll find several apartment communities in Burning Tree, as well.

Big fan of living here, great people, nice apartment, and they hold events with free food when we're not in a pandemic. I just wish they were more on the ball with the monthly newsletters. They are either early or late or sometimes there just isn't one. But very worth it to live here. Ask for Ashley she knows her stuff

I mostly enjoy leaving here. I wish they had valet trash, but that's because I'm a diva. The complex is nice and well kept. Definitely the best complex in area
Love it - great neighbors, have a dog park, grounds kept in great shape. Everyone in the office and main. very friendly and helpful. Moved in quickly as my old apartment at another complex had MOLD, yikes............ Found this apartment had my lease signed and moved in in 3 days - can't beat that!!!
I moved in these apartments in April and the move in was very quick an easy. In the time I have lived here I have loved it its a very clean apartment complex an everyone around me has been very nice. The rent is very reasonable for the the size an I like the fact that they bring the rent down depending on your income. I also like that they have pest control an maintance open every week, and there staff in the office is always so helpful. They have nice aminities. Only thing I wish was different would be the. Price for a deposit on a pet.400$ for the first pet an 200$ for any additional plus 20$ added to rent per pet.It is a little pricy and makes me not won't a pet but if u have the money for it then its ok. Other than hat I love the white rock apartments an plan to stay for a while.
