Don't do it!
This building is awful... I have been trying to get in contact with the landlord for 4+ months and nothing! The Super is rude and arrogant and tries to argue with you over the stupidest things! Roaches, Mice, and bugs (centipedes, mosquitos, earthworms, moths) are everywhere! I consider myself an extremely clean person and the bugs/mice here run rampant! THE ELEVATOR ALWAYS GETS STUCK! An Uber Eats driver was stuck in the elevator for a whole hour before he got help. OH AND IF IT DOESN'T GET WORSE... DRUG ADDICTS LIVE RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING. I can't wait until my lease is over! This has been the worst experience! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUILDING TO ANYONE. FIND SOMETHING ELSE!

Please don't live here. Worst Management and Super
One of the worst management I have ever come through. I have lived in other apartments but I have never seen an arrogant super and irresponsible + disrespectful management in my entire life so far. Both the management and super was very mannerless on our last day in that apartment. The super tries to act extra smart all the time and will argue with you on the most trivial thing. He argued with us because we moved everything on the same day instead of not breaking down our move throughout the week which is not even his business. Also be prepared to get blamed for false repairs. They have cut off a big amount of our security deposit and showed us fake pictures of the damages which didn't even belong to our apartment. We were supposed to take it to the court but we moved to a different state so didn't go through the hassel. But one of the worst worst management and super. Please do yourself a favor and start living in your car instead of renting this place. At least you will have your mental peace. Also there are mice and roaches everywhere. We used to live on the second floor and I have seen mice coming through the vent. And management won't even do anything about it. They are disgusting... Please don't spent your money on the rent of this horrible apartment.
