Horrible place to live. I am paying way too much in rent and hidden fees to be living in a unit with clear water damage and leakage that does not seem to be an emergency. I would like to move out immediately if possible.

This place is actually a great place to stay, with the right neighbors, it can be very peaceful.. I absolutely love how fast maintenance is, if there is a problem there Jonny on the spot with fixing things… elevators could stand a bit updating but over all a great place to call HOME!!

Very overpriced for the quality of the apartments. Found 3 vents filled with black mold and expect to have multiple maintenance issues due to cheap appliances. Do not recommend living here.

Westwind is a very nice place to live. I have not had any problems here. Maintenance is always done right away.
Management is great, however the walls are too thin and staff does not know who lives in the apartments with residents.
Mostly quiet. Nice clean apartment. Very thin floors
Think twice before move in to this place. If you like peace and quiet this place definitely not for you. Apartment isn't too bad , just one thing , the walls is so thin you can hear everyone talking. Plus we've got noisy neighbor who staying up all night( watching tv, partying occasionally, listen music in the middle of the night) we complained to office and they did absolutely nothing , for the price what we paying we was expecting more professional stuff. Do not recommend this place.

Westwind apartments is a great place to live within a very short drive from downtown Minneapolis. It is surrounding by great hiking and biking trails and shopping and recreational things to do are a stone throw away. Getting around is by the Metro is right at your door step and the management staff are very attentive to tenant requests
