Westmont Gardens Apartments

I feel everything is good here until I saw a mice in my apt. I call the housing and the staff just said they could only send someone to check in 3 days. Apparently the pest control is not good here. I’m a female and don’t know what to do with this. They just let me stay with the mice for another 3 days. I can’t believe it !!!

Everything is great here besides the mice problem. Pest control is not doing a good job at all. I end up purchasing my own traps which isn't helping much. I'm considering leaving because of this. I wish the rental office would take this more seriously and hire a decent exterminator.

Be aware!!! Mice mice mice!!! I’ve lived in this apartment for over three years. The only & HUGE complaint I have is a mice issue. I’ve complained to the management about this issue for several months now, even though pest control came to my apartment so many times the mice issue never resolved. Not sure the management even cares! Please new resident make sure your apartment is free of MICE before moving in!!!

Have been here for several years now, and I'm convinced it's the best deal in Arlington. Fab location (right on Columbia Pike, one can easily hop an ART or Metrobus). Huge apartments. Staff so friendly and responsive. Have had few issues and they have been swiftly (and cheerfully) resolved. Awfully pleasant pool that, like the rest of the grounds, is meticulously maintained. And all for a fraction of what you'd pay elsewhere in this increasingly pricey area. Another bonus: a new development just two blocks away (at George Mason & the Pike) will feature a Harris Teeter. Such convenience. Oh, and one of the area's best pizza joints, Pupatella, is opening a new location just down the way. South Arlington is really coming along. So glad to have affordable, comfortable digs that allow me to enjoy all the new amenities. Wanted to share my experience. Truly grateful for this place.

If you choose to live here, take care to obtain a receipt when you pay your rent!! The property has a rent drop box and has been known to charge late fees despite the payment being dropped off on time. Also, always, always, always, email your maintenance requests. To be fair, the landscaping is lovely, the property is very peaceful. It's nice to have a window in your kitchen and bath. I have lived there for 5 years.

The most "home" like apartment I have ever lived in. Lush green lawns, wooden benches through out the complex. Lovely walkways, flowers to greet you each morning. The beautiful swimming pool has to be the largest, best maintained in Arlington County.. Tables with umbrellas, picnic area, phone to use. Clean bath house. Lifeguards always warm and friendly. You could not ask for more. Management incredibly responsive whenever something is needed, no matter what the concern might be, it is addressed immediately. This has truly been my home since 1976!!!!.

Good place to live,close to everything very calm place, very clean nice neighborhood People from the office very nice ,they always try to keep everything clean and nice hallways and parking

Westmont gardens is such a comfy home. It is filled with beauty. There are amazing views and nature all around. The fun never stops. There are parks, a swimming pool, a gym, and so much more. Our neighbors are amazing. This home is very safe and secure. The location is also very helpful. There are a lot of shops and stores. We just walk to get groceries and supplies. I love this apartment so much and I wish to live here for the rest of my life!

From the very first moment I got at Westmont Gardens, I fell in love with the place.The simple reason, it seemed to be cozy and quiet. True, I was not mistaken, it is quiet. In addition, Westmont Gardens is close to markets, barber shops, restaurants, buses that connect all places, etc. The gardens are always adorned with flowers of the season, and the green areas are permanently attended in summer, spring and autumn by many kind people. Winter snows are also promptly cared to avoid disturbing neighbors. The ladies of the administrative staff are very friendly and very good help. Westmont Gardens is my home.sweet home!

I live in the Westmont garden apartments and this apt. Have a very low maintain this place is not good and super expensive people at the office are rude I would like to find a good ppace to and move.

then this is worth the money. I can't complain about any of the facilities. The heat in the winter and AC in the summer are both awesome and you can control it in different rooms. Wall to wall carpeting is nice and the walk-in closet is roomy. I love having access to the swimming pool and exercise room which are both great and add to the value of the rent. It is worth mentioning that the trash trucks come by at about 6:30 AM almost every day. This is not a problem for me, I am usually at work really early and already up and about. But I can see this being an issue for some people because it will definitely wake you up.

Living in Arlington is a pleasure.. Westmont Gardens apartments located just in the ? of Ballston. You don't need car to get to a local restaurants and bars. Everything is so close. Pool is awsome and clean, leasing office very polite and helpfull and rent is very affordable comparing to the neighborhood with all the amenities they have.. Would highly recommend for anybody who wants to be in a city without spending a lot of money for apartments and have a joy of life ??

It's a great apartment, close to bus stop, and metro is miles away, great Neabour hood, management of this apartment are so cool nice swimming pool, gym. And maintenance stuff is very helpful. .
