Mirian was super helpful, responsive and attentive throughout the application, approval and move in process. It was very easy and smooth.

Great Aesthetics in the the front and the lobby. I have a newly renovated apartment, that is up to date and NEW appliances!! The best one is my very own washer and dryer inside my very own Apartment. I love it. The area is beyond great, SO ACCESSIBLE , market, post office, doctors, schools, holy places and etc and great people around to have a nice walk with your kids or pets etc. Marian was so professional and so quick to work with , I am glad I applied here. :)

I moved in during COVID and it was very peaceful, the building is okay the main floor is renovated but they didn’t renovate any other part of the building you CAN NEVER GET A HOLD OF MANAGEMENT after they got my first months rent they never responded to me again Cristali from leasing is horrible!! Attitude is disgusting, I’ve gotten 2 packages stolen within two days and no one cares! They just say “it happens ppl walk in off the street and steal packages” WHY ON EARTH ARE THEY ABLE TO GET IN THE BUILDING????? It feels horrible living somewhere where you feel like you can’t have things delivered to! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT !! They get you with the “everything included” but it’s not worth it I should’ve moved out after my first year

Mirian was great at answering my questions and concerns about moving in. She’s very polite and gives great advice. Response time is amazing. Apartment looks great, other than that I cannot say much as I have just moved in.

We’ve been here almost 2 years and we’re ready to go!!!! The management has changed and it horrible!!!! Can’t get hold of management to get anything fixed. They never get the rent situation together. The buildings doesn’t get cleaned enough. Packages stolen!!! Elevator breaking!! Roof door never stays close you hear it slamming all the time!!! Don’t wast

This is my first ever apartment I rented and will give you this. It’s only a good apartment to start off to get your situation in order and then DIP! Other reviews were not lying about work orders. To get something fixed is TERRIBLE! I had a big hole in my bathroom and they came and covered it up. They were supposed to paint it but never did so now my bathroom is embarrassing to look at. I gave up. Ac/Heat work but sometimes you find yourself feeling cold air in the winter...Air still gets thru the some windows so during the night it’s freezing! Once while walking in I saw a mice just run inside from the back door...I personally never had a mice problem but you definitely see your roaches here and there. They do exterminating but I don’t even think that does anything...oh don’t get me started on the packages, they get stolen! I’ve had multiple packages stolen so make sure you’re on track with that. Elevators have their phases when they break down, fire alarm randomly goes off sometimes in the middle of the night or day. It just doesn’t feel like a place you can stay forever... I’m dying to leave but costs are a bit high in other areas so I extended my lease to get those savings up. I suggest if you can do better do so! If you are desperate and need a place with this price range then do what you have to. Expect calls never answered, work not done and low quality is apartments.

Besides the new management renovating the foyer to lure new tenants - they have done a poor job at responding to the needs of current renters. Management never answers the phone or emails. They do however make sure they slide your rent statement under the door come rent time , making it feel like a hotel stay instead of a home. Pest prevention used to be weekly but now appears to be happening bi -weekly or even monthly. They Installed a new intercom but no one has a clue how to use it. Maintenance guys are very friendly. Rent prices are a bit pricey and it seems like the building may be attempting to cater to a more higher income bracket in the future years. This building is ok to pass time but will never make you feel at home.

Can never get a hold of management, they won't fix anything in your apartment, all amenities are outdated and stay broken, you only hear from them during rent week and they fixed up the outside really nice and pretty to lure in new renters! Take my advice, don't eat the cheese off this mouse trap.

When I first moved in the place it was alright it wasn’t that bad . It was simple when I needed a repair in my apartment it happen within a couple of days. Now since the new owners took over the building went to S$&T. All they did is make the front outside look some what presentable. When I put in a work order for my apartment now it’s like pulling teeth trying to get into contact with someone. No one never answer the phone or even in the office . The only people that do answer is the one trying to rent a apartment. Usually the ac in the building is on by may now it’s June and the ac is still off. It’s like 80 plus Degrees in my apartment and supposedly they r trying to fix the ac for the pass month. Trust me do not move here it’s not worth it. Once my lease is up I’m outta here.

This property is very nice and clean. The location is great and walking distance to shopping. The management is very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend.
