Nestled in the foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains, the city of Pasadena sits about ten miles northeast of Downtown Los Angeles. I love it here, and am so glad that I was able to get in. I am walking distance from restaurants, shopping, a neighborhood garden, friends, and a park. I am also rebuilding my burned Altadena house, and am close to the action.

The leasing office is never open, the gym key never works, the appliances are falling apart and these imbeciles are never there.

This place is beautiful. The community here is respectful. I love that I feel like i can leave my doors unlocked here and know my packages won't get stolen. The amenities are top notch. More than any place I have ever been at. There's a pool, jacuzzi, grills, a computer room, a theater room, a lounge. There's so much here and it's amazing. Also the management is amazing. Brenda in particular made my experience moving in incredibly easy to do. She really helped me with everything. The apartment floor plan i have is amazing. Very modern, new appliances, in unit washer/dryer, dishwasher. 10/10. I love Westgate apartments.

I moved in a few weeks ago and there are two major problems: 1: While the tenant relations team members are pleasant, the team members pick up phone calls less than 50% of the time and do not return voicemail messages. 2: When I moved into the apartment, there were multiple things that were not functioning correctly. I have since put in 9 maintenance requests and, even though a full week has passed, nobody has contacted me to schedule the repairs.

Westgate is a wonderful community. People here have been really nice. The amenities are really nice to have, especially the gym and the pool. Apartments are very spacious. The greenery in the area gives a sense of comfort and cleanliness.

I enjoy my experience with Westgate community from all aspects, the only negative thing I’ve encountered so far which need to be resolved is the packages delivery stolen in building/front door

westgate apartment has poor management and too much rent increase every year. They are not following rent control. Westgate has eliminated essential and affordable housing for more profit. Very disappointed.

The experience of living at the Westgate apartments has been great. The space is peaceful and the area is extremely convenient. The grounds are maintained very nicely.The staff is very courteous and friendly and if there happens to be an issue with the apartment itself, it gets corrected swiftly and professionally. The set up of the unit is very comfortable. Especially enjoyed the washer and dryer for clothes are in the unit.

Units are nice, however the grounds and common areas have recently taken a huge hit. There is dog waste everywhere and in my courtyard, there is now food on the ground that is never cleaned up. The stairwell stinks and I have seen 3-4 different puddles of dog urine that eventually dry up and leave a stench. There is no fob to the stairwell door and it’s propped open all the time. The front gate of the courtyard is also propped open, allowing anyone to enter. I have been here for two years and am saddened to see the property decline. I put in a request for drawers to be repaired while I was out of town so the unit was empty (no dogs) and not only did no one enter during the timeframe, I’ve received no updates. It’s been almost a month and I have two broken drawers. The maintenance team has always been wonderful, I’m just not sure why this is taking over a month.
