Property Ratings at Westcreek Apartments
Horrible management, had NO ACCESS to unit while they worked on our stairs and they provided no accommodation or rent reduction. Didn’t follow proper safety protocols while doing construction, didn’t clean up hazardous dust after project was done, lied to us about providing accommodations. Use your hard earned money and look elsewhere for a safer place to live. Our child got very sick while they were doing construction because of how poorly managed the projects were. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. I gave them one star but they deserve zero.

I just moved in and all I can say is just, WOW! The apartments are gorgeous, and the property is well maintained. With the surrounding vegetation it really is a serene little oasis. The community manager, Kiersten, is a true professional and an absolute pleasure!

This apartment is the best you will find in Westlake Village, hands down and its a very safe area. After years of living there I had to leave a review about my experience. Megan from the leasing office is so sweet and helpful. She's always there to solve any issue, she will make your stay more enjoyable and stress free. She makes you feel totally at home and she's very friendly. She's been "consistently" awesome since the day we applied to live there. Edwin always greets us with a nice smile in the morning, a friendly face. He keeps the property running in great shape and his always there to help, a great guy. The property is well maintain, its in great condition and they are always upgrading everything inside and out. The creek located behind the apartment is absolutely lovely, peaceful with a great view for your daily morning getaway. Restaurants in this area could be better but overall 10 out of 10

nice location , great outdoor space. The common areas are well maintained and staff is very helpful.
So far living in westcreek apartments has been wonderful. I love waking up and being able to smell the fresh clean air ,and sitting on my balcony enjoying my moutain view . This place also has a large beautiful area with a gas grill for all barbecue u can make. Also it has a very beautiful large clubhouse a quilt wit a weight room open for 24 hour access. Westcreek apts. Is also very pet friendly for those who are animal lovers
The views are amazing with hiking trails all around(which I need to do on a weekly). Pet friendly, we have dog. Stores and restaurants are within walking distance. The water, sewer and trash bills are outrageous , but we are pro rated due to the size of the property and the pool/spas. Management has been very patient with me regarding my late water bills. They are very kind and understanding. Quick to repair any problems. Nora in T.O. Cali
