Rent is getting to high for our 2 bedroom apartment the rent we are paying should be really for a 3 bedroom! Overall everything else is going great!!!
Easy and peaceful Very quiet and local to a lot of the community would definitely continue to live here for awhile , my kids love it and so I do I
So far a great place to live. Moved in recently, and genuinely a pretty complex. As well as a nice atmosphere. Good cabinet space, and and nice counters. Actually works great, and the complex gas good parking.
Beautiful quiet community everything is clean. Everyone is friendly, especially the office staff. They are amazing the manager and Allie. They have helped me enormously. They walked me through everything. I am not very good on the computer and they made me feel comfortable and welcome and I cannot wait to start my life there.
Apartment is very cozy, it’s small but spacious and I love the marble counters. There is plenty of space for my cat, but the showers were a bit complicated to figure out at first.
So far we love the place, it’s very quiet and friendly. There has been no complaints, and we would definitely say it’s a great place to live .
Great affordable housing with plenty of amenities! The friendly staff makes it even better. Safe, clean, and a perfect place to call home! Love it!
We love it here and find the management to be so sweet and helpful! They have really made us feel at home and have been so welcoming into the community! I cannot to grow with this community.
Way too much turnover of office management and maintenance. Terrible response to maintenance issues. Overpriced rent and not worth the amenities that are joke .
Quite neighborhood. Disturbances are few and far between. Gas grills are nice but charcoal would be cool. Needs a playground as it used to have. Apartments are older but newer renovations disguise that a bit. Maintenance is pretty quick to help with work orders and very quick with emergencies.
For far its been really great, moved in mid July and so far it's been a very nice place to live. Managment is very responsive and all the neighbors are kind.
I only been here a few weeks and so far I’m loving it, quiet, peaceful. No dog park or a doggy wash area but other than that, let’s give it more time.
I've lived here 7 yrs and this new property management took over about a yr ago and there ok but they always have new ppl in the office and maintenance. But other then that i like living here, the rent also keeps going up. and some ppl don't pick up after there dogs which is annoying.
I love my apartment and community, but only problem I have with my apartment that I wish could be fixed, my side door glass leading to my patio is not clean. It’s like dry paint is stuck on the inside, so it makes the glass look dirty. Other than that, I love my place. I really wish this could be repair.
Pool is dirty. Garbage is overflowing. Animal waste bags are never refilled so there is dog waste everywhere. Feels like the cost goes up every month.
The overall cleanliness of the complex is really impressive. Maintenance services are quick and efficient as well. Other than some neighborly issues, I'm really pleased with my experience so far!
I recently moved into Westbury Mews, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations in every way. The landscaping is up to par. The apartment itself is spacious and renovated. The gym is clean and I appreciate having access to it without having to leave the complex. The pool area is clean as well. The management team and maintenance staff are incredibly responsive and friendly.The location is also great, with easy access to shopping centers, restaurants, and major highways, yet tucked away in a quiet and safe neighborhood. This is my first apartment out of college and I made a great decision! They made the process so smooth for me in the leasing office! <3
This place is awesome we have lived here for almost 3 yrs and both maintenance and ladies in the office are awesome and very friendly and they are very propt on getting work orders and everything all done and take very good care of the grounds and exterior.is also pressure washed and cleaned very well and they also keep the pool and everything clean
Smaller quiet family neighborhood atmosphere that is miles away from the party scene and set back in the shady live oaks. We are in a 2 BR 2 BA that has recently been renovated and we love the layout with a master bedroom and bath on each end which makes for a very roomy feel. This is a pet friendly community and our cat loves bird watching from our large screened porch. David and Ron in the maintenance department are excellent. All of the online service requests I have submitted have been addressed the same day with a follow up note explaining what was done. Brenda and the front office staff are great very professional and always willing to go the extra mile to help.
Apartments are about 20 years old. Property management is behind on updating interior structures. The look of the apartments on the outside are kind of a nice woodsy look. Mostly during the spring and summer has a garden forest feel. Not a big time social community, mostly a quiet place full of working people. Small clean fitness center, small pool open all year. A hot tub that could use a new timer it gets stuck and then gets closed frequently. Lastly, these apartments apart in the ashley ridge high school area. Summerville is in the Dorchester 2 school district. Top ranked area. Hence prices for rent going up. On top of a population explosion for this town. One more thing be sure to check everything prior to inspection of the exact apartment you are going rent. Never know what you will find.
