It’s the location of the city’s oldest park, Grape Day Park, and the California Center for the Arts, Escondido. Manager is no help!

I have asked the manager for help and repairs in my apartment he seems to never know what he is talking about. He comes to look at the problem, inspects it, and his answer is always "that is just how it is" "there is nothing wrong with it". At this point I just go to my neighbor for any repair help since he has fixed each issue I have had. Other than that the manager relaxes when he claims first dibs with the pool since he is the only one with keys.
