West Towne

I just moved here last week, its been amazing so far. Such nice and cosy apartments, with enhanced security and so. Also the area is so accesable by Cyride transport. I love the coffe spot next to it.

Living here has been pretty good! Love the amenities. My mom and I love the elevators. My dog has made a couple friends with some neighbor dogs

Staff quick to respond to maintenance requests and any questions i have! Super clean environment. Love that they have community events we can enjoy!

I’ve had no problems living here at all, we moved in early so they hadn’t checked the apt and it was perfectly clean anyways. They’ve done renovations outside the apartment and it was really quick and not bothersome at all.

I have greatly enjoyed living at West Towne flats, Very nice apartment! Good price, great layout! Very little noise! Highly recommend these apartments!

The rental process was easy, swift, and communication was excellent. The apartment itself has some minor issues, but I am certain that the issues will be addressed as soon as I place the maintenance requests.

I have lived at a haverkamp property for 4 years now and they have been nothing but excellent! When it comes to questions or maintenance they are quick and helpful!

I love my experience here at West town it is so peaceful quiet and they keep the property clean. If you need any maintenance work done, you put in your report in a jump right on it.

The apartment is Great living here. I like it. I would recommend it to anyone. Much better than near crazy city but here is more quiet. Also

My experience at west town has been good! I like the interior of the apartment space and it is a perfect size for two people. I also do appreciate that the bus stop is near the apartments and that our apartment has an elevator as well.

Its a decent place I am in the older building so I know not everything is perfect but over all its nice. But the mice that keep appearing in the halls is a little unsettling.

A little pricy a lot of hidden fees, they could send more cleaners that do a better job stairs and elevator are always dirty.Trash compactor isn't picked up enough (comes once a wk) it's ALWAYS so full.

I love where it’s at, away from the craziness of everyday traffic and close to the highway. It’s been pretty good overall, I’m enjoying my new apartment!

So glad you implemented the dog DNA system. It is definitely a lot cleaner with all that cleaned up. It is definitely a much nicer community now

Great value for the price, but the unit wasn’t the cleanest upon move in. The carpets were in desperate need of cleaning and there is yellow stuff on the bathroom floors that will not come off.

Fantastic place to live, lovely, peaceful, and a perfect apartment. The locality is fantastic, and the rent is also relatively very low. The facilities and services we get are excellent as well

So far I have loved living here! Our apartment is perfect for my 2 friends and I. It felt like home the first night we stayed here and we are all loving it!

Pretty cool to live mostly clean the staff is nice and it may have no pool but still pretty cool I’d say it’s a solid 8/10 place to live yup

I've really enjoyed being a resident at haverkamp. They are responsive to emails and quick to ensure people are taken care of. Their staff are very kind.

Everything is good but upstairs neighbors are kind of loud. That is the only problem and a dog howls all the time but I kind of enjoy it. I like this place.

The property is clean and the building is modern in appearance on the inside and outside. Building seems to be insulated well enough that noise is contained well.

I have lived at west towne for a semester and it is an affordable and well maintained apartment complex. The perks such as the clubhouse, free parking, and gym membership really sold me.

Everyone has been really friendly and the front desk people at the office are really helpful and are amazing with my dogs when i stop by to talk with them

Our society is very well maintained, and I truly appreciate the consistent efforts taken to keep the surroundings clean and tidy. The management’s dedication to upkeep makes it a pleasant place to live.

Great apartment spaces, although certain unit styles are smaller than some competitors, the benefits offered here make up for it. Easy quiet community and pet friendly grounds makes it great to meet neighbors and befriend their pets.

The apartment complex is amazing. If your a student you have a great community that you can connect with if that what your looking for. If you’re more of a private person you got a great coffee shop. If you’re not a student, you still have a great community and rent is pretty decent. The apartment itself is super accommodating to your needs. The staff is amazing to help you with anything, maintenance comes and actually does what they need to do. All in all this apartment complex is great and I will definitely be staying for a very long time!

Move in was simple and I am enjoying living here. The whole process from the initial tour with Katie to getting the lease signed and moved in was wonderful

Great Gym! I love the sauna too. Also, the rent is super cheap and it's at a decent location. Another one of my favorite things is the free parking for guests.

Cleanliness of the common area can definitely be improved. The dog dna initiative is a good step in this direction. Looking for more initiatives to improve the general ambiance of the community.

Little bit of a rough start with some minor cosmetic issues in the apartment, but things are fine now. The girls at the front desk are super sweet and helpful. We are right next to a stairwell, so there is a little more noise than we are used to but that is expected.

These West Towne apartments are well kept for student housing. The staff is quick to communicate when there are issues relating to maintenance.

There has been crickets, roaches, and a few spiders that hasn't made the experience great. There is also paint on all the trims that isn't all that appealing along with missing trims. The elevator is also a little sketchy. However, the people at the leasing office are really nice and overall the apartment is pretty nice.

I had a great time moving in everything went smoothly and people I talked to were welcoming! I didn’t pick up the key and info but everything was pretty straight forward.

We recently had a house fire and we’re trying to get into a place that was safe uncomfortable for my children since we are moving to a new city. The staff was great and they were able to get us in and make us feel comfortable.

My resident experience has been good so far. Prompt replies to maintenance requests, easy access to the leasing office, and the move-in process was smooth.

Besides some slight maintenance issues, really nice place to live and very helpful management! Policies aren’t too harsh, Very nice amenities and such. Nothing to complain about!

Very nice apartment, I appreciate that they have an elevator since we are on the 3rd floor, it help when moving in They only thing that I didn’t like how we had to wait 7 days to move in and the place was not properly cleaned

I have had a great experience living in this apartment complex. The apartment was clean when moving in, the hallways are quiet, and the location is perfect. Lastly the staff is great and always get back to your questions asap!

Everything has exceeded expectations so far. The only inconvenience I’ve had was multiple visits from maintenance due to the unit below experiencing water damage.

Love the style of the apartment and the modern style locks don’t even need a real key. Also the elevator is very convenient when I’m feeling lazy and don’t want to walk up the stairs.

Overall pretty nice place to live the staff is super helpful and no really bothers each other the halls are quiet and it’s pretty pet friendly
