From touring the apartment, applying, receiving approval, lease signing. App sign-ups to orientation and getting my keys, the process was seamless. Love Elias and Alexander, so friendly and helpful communicators! The apartment was turnkey and I am excited to live at this awesome complex, in this vibrant Austin neighborhood.
Living here has been a great experience. The staff is friendly and responsive. Work orders get done in a reasonable time. Things get fixed fast, staff ask for input on resident events and always having some sort of event. Amenities are always working and clean. Great location cannot be beat.

Clean and great location! Good maintenance and leasing team. Parking situation is pretty good. No worries about safety. The only downfalls of the property are Fetch and use of a digital key system that requires internet service (which is slow in some parts of the building).

Great amenities and location at an affordable price. Very spacious 2 bedrooms that are updated. The halls have strange carpeting that could be updated. And there is a slight unpleasant odor from time to time.

I love living here, and love the area in general. The resident events are great and the community is amazing. My only feedback is that there is never propane in the BBQ when I want to use it and I would love to take advantage of the BBQ’s more!

Moving into this apartment has been an absolutely wonderful experience from day one. The unit is modern, bright, and thoughtfully designed. The open-concept layout gives a great sense of space, and the large windows let in so much natural light—it’s a joy to wake up here each morning. The building itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained. On-site management has been friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful anytime I’ve needed something. Another huge bonus is the location—I'm within walking distance of great restaurants, parks, and public transit, which has made commuting and weekend outings incredibly convenient. Overall, I’m thrilled to be living here. It’s comfortable and feels like a great investment in my quality of life. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fresh start in a truly great apartment!

I’ve been living here for almost a year and I don’t have a single complaint about West Koenig Flats, even if I’m being nitpicky. The layout of the apartments are very nice and it’s clear that they’re well taken care of. The leasing office staff is so nice and very forthcoming with any new updates or notices. They even host different events to build up the apartment community! The maintenance staff is reliable, and the surrounding neighborhoods are quiet at night. If I run into any issues, I can count on the leasing office staff to help to the best of their capabilities. I see myself living here for the foreseeable future, and if you have the opportunity to move here, I would do it. It’s honestly a no-brainer!

Staff is awesome and service requests are completed in a timely manner. Surrounding neighborhood is great for walks with a bar and coffee shop right down the road in the north loop neighborhood.

I love living here! The best part is the community events which are hosted monthly, and a chance to meet new people. The location is great, close to stores, the freeway and a bus stop right outside as well. The leasing office is amazing and everyone is always willing to listen and help!

WKF is a great complex with great management! I have never had an issue with management. The amenities are also very nice and well kept. I have lived in several complexes before but I highly recommend WKF

This has, by far, been my favorite property to lease in Austin. The management team - Cornelius, Cherry, & Emily - are easy to contact, open to ideas, and honestly do care about their residents. The property itself is well taken care of (aside from some valet trash residue in the hallway) and amenities work well for the size of the property, too. I'll miss living here!

Living at WKF has been a pretty decent experience overall. The fitting room is super handy for getting ready, and the place has a nice, homey feel. It’s mostly quiet around here, though the pool parties can get a bit rowdy sometimes. The gears and facilities aren’t the fanciest and there aren’t a ton of them, but they get the job done. The in-room facilities, like the washing machine, are a bit outdated and can’t handle delicate clothes well. One big downside is the Fetch package delivery service. They tend to slow things down since they’re a third-party freight-forwarding service. Using their address as the shipping address can be a hassle for returns, and some online stores even turn down orders because it’s not a regular shipping address. On the bright side, transportation is really convenient. There’s a bus stop right next to WKF, which makes getting around town a breeze. All in all, while there’s room for improvement, living at WKF has been a generally satisfactory experience.

My husband & I were exhausted by poor management & poor site maintenance at our old longtime apartment complex. We had a quick timeline of 5 weeks to find & move into a new apartment in our tight budget. The incredible leasing team, Emily particularly, were a main motivator to tour the site, apply, & sign our lease. We tried every effort to find a community that respects its residents' quality of life - it's our home after all! The WKF staff are super communicative over email & phone, invest attention & budget to well-maintained resources like the Zen Garden & Coffee Bar, and genuinely take resident concerns seriously. We're so happy to have found peace of mind here : )

I love living here! The property is very well maintained. There is coffee/drinks/snacks provided daily to residents, monthly community activities, and absolutely amazing staff! The building and parking garage also feels very secure which is important to me. It’s also close to main roads making it easy to get around the city!
