Westover is a large neighborhood about seven miles west of Downtown Fayetteville. The neighborhood is also located directly south of Fort Bragg, one of the nation's largest military bases, so it’s a great option for military employees and families. This suburban neighborhood has multiple schools, parks, restaurants, and shopping plazas. Westover is also home to Cross Creek Mall, the city’s largest mall. Similar to many areas in North Carolina, Westwood has a low cost of living and is known for its affordability. There are several apartments, houses, condos, and townhomes available for rent that will fit a variety of budgets. There are even some residences that have nice views of Westover’s lakes. Although Westover is laden with amenities, residents appreciate having access to Interstate 295, Route 401, and All-American Freeway to reach other locales.

I’ve had a great experience living at West End Apartments. The location is super convenient—close to everything I need, but still quiet enough to feel like home. The staff is friendly and responsive, especially maintenance—they always handle requests quickly and professionally. The community is clean and well-kept, and I really appreciate how secure and safe it feels. My apartment is modern and comfortable, with great natural light and solid soundproofing. Overall, it’s been an easy and enjoyable place to live, and I’d definitely recommend West End Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

I’ve lived at multiple places, and I must say West End has been the best place I’ve been at! It’s quiet, friendly community, clean and safe! I’ve never had any issues with anyone and any maintenance issues I’ve had within my unit were taken care of immediately with communication from the office and maintenance team. Everytime I have a friend/family member looking for a new place, I always recommend west end. It’s been a wonderful experience!

I have lived in West End of Fayetteville for about three years, I find it an excellent place to live, safe, top quality staff in ALL departments customer friendly service consistently, I would recommend this place 100%.
Excellent staff. Going into the office makes me feel happy and priority. They're very in tune with their residents. Everyone is treated fairly and they resolve issues fast!

West End has always being one to ensure that they meet or exceed the residents needs, in this case I asked permission to install a different shower head that was quieter for my grandson, I was immediately granted permission and offered two options, I could install it myself or the maintenance team could install it, I requested that the maintenance team install it, the team installed the shower head the next business day, I appreciate the immediate action taken.
I completely love my amazing new place and, I couldn’t have asked for a better home for me and my family.

Trash Valet Service: When it works, the trash valet service is convenient, helping residents manage their waste with ease. Negatives: 1. Noise Issues: The removal of carpets and lack of proper soundproofing between floors result in significant noise issues. Hardwood floors exacerbate the noise, making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful environment. 2. Inexperienced Office Staff: The office staff lacks experience in managing a large property or proper training, leading to inefficiencies and frustrations for residents. 3. Inconsistent Trash Valet Service: The trash valet service is inconsistent, which can be inconvenient for residents relying on it. 4. Subpar Grounds Keeping: Due to staffing shortages and maintenance requirements, the grounds keeping is subpar, affecting the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property. 5. Absolutely gorgeous apartments! Spacious living and beautiful balcony/patio area! It’s a very quiet community, which is a big plus in an apartment complex! Everyone is very very nice, from neighbors to staff. I am very happy with my choice of moving here!
Love these apartments! I’m so close to Fort Liberty it’s nice. I love the pool and how well taken care of it is.
Best apartment you can get for the price and location. Amenities are good and the maintenance team is fast to respond.

The property upholds the highest standards and the management team are well mannered. I’ve been living here for two years and any problems I’ve had with my unit they fixed not questions asked. The pool is sweet and the gym is ok.

After living in my new space for a month I can say that I love the space and the community. Everyone very respectful including with the staff members. Location for me is perfect is away from all the shopping streets but not far away. When I had a maintenance work order submitted took bout 4-5 days to fix the issues but they were all taken care of and fixed on that date and haven’t had any more issues since.

We decided to move here last minute and all of our needs and requirements were met at a high satisfactory! All the staff are pleasant we mostly had direct contact with Georgette she handled everything to the “T” and was very helpful and available when we needed!

Awesome neighbor and even awesome staff. I’ve never had a problem with anything in my apartment breaking that the staff couldn’t handle. They are very quick with their response time as well
Allison was amazing throughout the entire process! She walked us through everything step by step and answered (diligently) and questions we had. The amenities are great! Very dog and cat friendly. The grounds are well kept and maintained often. The maintenance staff are awesome and respond quickly! This is absolutely a great place to live! And well worth the the price! If ur looking for somewhere to live where u want to feel safe and secure, in a gated community with great amenities, this would be a great place!

This complex is very dog friendly. So many awesome owners and pups. Many dogs are off leash in the less populated areas, despite the complex’s efforts to keep them contained. Complex smells like hot trash due to lack of planning. The compactor breaks once a week you'd think they'd have a back up plan by now but i've lived here a year and their plan is just to tell their residents to suck it up.

Sometimes it does get full faster than normal due to residents moving in and residents moving out. When that does happen another pick up for the compactor to be emptied is scheduled. The floor plans in the apartments are great. There are tons of cabinets in the kitchen and I love the large bedrooms with huge closets.

Almost everything about West End of Fayetteville has been a positive experience for me. I moved here for work with my dog and eventually my girlfriend did too. The apartment was nice, community was nice (extremely dog friendly), the rental rate was fair, I felt safe, the location is fantastic, and moving in and getting setup was easy and quick. I have only personally had a few issues with management/staff but all those problem were resolved eventually, and I believe that happens with most apartment communities/buildings (I have lived in 3 different apartments this one included and had those issues in both prior places). I highly recommend West End of Fayetteville to anyone considering moving to Fayetteville.

Services, fit and finish of apartment, low quality of appliances, and extreme concerns regarding security in the complex do not justify amount of rent for unit.
This community was an extremely beautiful, well kept apartment and peaceful gated community. The office staff was extremely accommodating and work order request were done the same day and right by the maintenance staff! It also offered amenities like the beautiful swimming pool, fitness center and Amazon hub in which is very convenient!
Best location and apartments in Fayetteville. You can feel comfortable applying for an apartment sight unseen with no worries if moving from out of town.
This is a great community with spacious apartments with a solid layout and nice updated touches and huge balconies. My apartment was extremely clean when i moved in.

I lived in this apartment complex for over three years. And the price skyrocketed over the last year. I understand inflation increases all rent prices every year, but the percentage it increases was much more than that. It was a nicer apartment complex in the Fayetteville area and very close to three army gates, but I wasn’t wowed for how much I was paying. Also staff turnover was insane. There were new front desk and maintenance employees all the time. And often if we had questions/issues, the employees were not the kindest at answering them. I had one employee tell my husband that it was her last day and tried to argue with him about their phone line. We called multiple times and the phone calls that never went through on several phones. She raised her voice and told my husband he was lying. Not super professional in my opinion. Ultimately, it is a nice apartment, but I wish we would have paid a bit more for way better amenities across the street at another complex. I mean even the computer room they brag about doesn’t supply paper. You have to bring it yourself lol.

The homes here at West End are really beautiful & the grounds are kept up. I feel really safe walking around the neighborhood. If you have fur babies they will enjoy any of the bark parks & make lots of friends. The Amy & Taylor as well as all of the staff here are very friendly and welcoming.

These apartment homes feel like a vacation home. There so much to offer. Amy is great and is very patient and helpful. We love the staff and their excitement to show us the amenities and apartment. The amazon hub is great and a super plus. We are thankful find out so much about this complex and looking forward to calling it home.

West End is AMAZING! When me and my husband first moved to the area we originally moved into a different apartment complex because we wanted to save money. We learned very quickly that you get what you pay for and decided we needed an apartment that was nicer and felt more like home, so at the end of our lease we moved into West End. The Office staff are Incredible, the maintenance staff are timely and thorough, the apartments are beautiful, and the amenities are super nice. We will definitely be here for a long time!

This complex is beautiful and the amenties are 24 /7 access. I love the granite counter tops and the large tubs. The location is perfect when needing to access Fort Bragg.
