Property Ratings at Wellington Square Apartments
ROACHES!!! Absolutely nasty. For 6 months out of the year, they swarm the entrance after dark and the stairwell is littered with them, dead and alive. It's impossible to keep them out. The apartments won't do anything about it nor do they care. Not to mention the construction of the apartment building next door, homeless people sleeping in the stairwell, thin walls,no parking on Friday and Saturday nights and attitude from the office manager. This is a horrible place to live. You'd be better off burning your money for warmth next to a dumpster. There would definitely be less roaches!
