Very nice and hospitality from staff specially casey she wonderful and she was very kind and helpful and the place is really good and very clean

So far its been good, the office staff is very pleasant and helpful. I cut one star for just one reason- the apartment doors have only one lock, a deadbolt or security chain guard wood be helpful.

We really enjoy the area, and the apartment staff is very kind and responsive. Very safe neighborhood, consistent communication, and conveniently close to public transport.

Enjoyable experience here. Staff is very responsive and maintenance as well! Amenities and events are bonus points in addition to the location.

Being a Wellington Place resident has been a great experience. The management and maintenance staff are helpful and timely in their responses, the resident portal is easy to navigate and fellow residents are generally very friendly. I would recommend this complex to a friend.

Move in was great! John provided all the information we would need and was super easy to communicate move in plans with. The apartment was very clean and we had no issues moving our big items in.

The apartment has everything you need. The staff is super friendly and helpful! The area is also located near public transport and around tons of shops.

So far it has been a good experience. The staff has been timely when responding to any issues submitted on the portal. Community events are a nice way to provide to the residents. Cheaper rent is always a want but this feels more worth the money.

Great community and access to the orange line and grocery stores, just 10 min walk. Swimming pool , gym and bbq area provided. Includes in unit laundry and also elevator at every building

While I’ve only live here for a short amount of time, my experience with Wellington Place has been such a pleasant one. They are so professional and very quick to respond to any issues. It’s hard to find a place with such reasonable prices and such amazing amenities.

Love this place! The outdoor spaces are so nice, I love how pretty the pool is and the grills are great to use when its sunny outside. The fire pit is really nice and I love that we can rent it too!

We have been staying for over a year now and just renewed for another year. Overall, we like staying at Wellington Place. The amenities are good, the location is nice. One minor critique is that I found the pool cleaner last summer compared to this summer. Other than that rest of the amenities are great. I would prefer a weight scale in the gym, but that's another minor item.

If I could leave a ten star review, I would! We lived here for six years, and we’re only leaving because we are relocating for work. We felt welcome, comfortable, and respected from our tour all the way to moving out. Wellington Place offers the ideal combo of well-maintained units and grounds, friendly and responsive staff, and a quiet neighborhood with walkability to shops, convenience, and transit. Plus they are dog-friendly and parking is included in rent.

Great place to live. Staff is very friendly and amenities are good. Location is perfect as well and good price for this area. The neighbors can be rowdy past midnight.

I saw the apartment available on an apartment website (description was spot on) what attracted me was how many people gave positive comments on the property and manager, Saw the apartment and closed immediately, I needed a storage and the property manager helped me find a solution Paperwork to lease was a very fast process, from application to keys was 3 day turn around Very Impressed…

Overall great. The location is good, the management is nice. The common area is kept clean. The gym is decent. There is guest parking. Snow removal etc is prompt. Close to the Wellington station, grocery stores, the mystic river park.

It's a great place and affordable place to live in Management is really nice and always ready to help. Never faced any problems in last 6 months.

Living here has been overall good. The proximity to the T, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, auto shop, gas station, the mystic River park are things I have found convenient and relaxing. I generously used the grill and pool in the summer. I also really like the landscaping. The sound from the train is there, but not too bad if the windows are shut. There have been 3 false fire alarms in the less than 6 months I have lived here. Based on this rate, the next one will likely be in Jan! I hope appropriate steps are taken to avoid that.

Love it here! The staff really care about their tenants and are super attentive and prompt with any maintenance requests. Neighbors have been setting the fire alarms off on the evening, but it’s soundproof enough where it doesn’t permeate through the walls.

What I wish could be better: • I wish there could be less noice coming from the train and the sausage factory. • Location wise, having to get close to highway in our way to nearby grocery/restaurant/train station is a bit uncomfy. Other than those, in general, I’ll give this community a solid 4.5/5. Good job for the management team.

Great community, love the amenities and layout of the apartment. Spacious for a one bedroom. Maintenance is always quick to respond and had some minor issues, but resolved quickly.

Love my home, so close to a lot of restaurants and shopping places like Assembly Row. The pool is amazing during the summer and the grills are fun to get together with my friends.

Office staff (Jessica) and the maintenance team of Brian and Ryan are great! Location is awesome and T adjacent for getting into town. One of the few apartments we found that is roomy and has W/D in unit.

Wonderful living experience! Quick maintenance and friendly staff overall. Convenient complex is within walking distance to the T, and Medford has lots of places to see.

It's been a couple of weeks now that we moved in. We love the location. We selected the place remotely, so there was some uncertainty associated, but after a couple of weeks of regular schedule, I can say that it was a good decision on our end to choose Wellington Place. The unit is nice. I like the morning sun. Our unit faces the train line. People have mentioned about the sound from the train. It is there, but nothing that bothers me. Everything you want is in walking distance. The Wellington station is 7-8 min walk. The mystic park is a jog away. The gym is good. Guest parking is there, which is also nice. There are a couple of things about the unit design I'm a little nitpick about, but I think I'm getting used to it. Overall, will recommend.

From the first day I noticed that the apartment is very clean and wide . A also noticed that the apartment is well arranged . The apartment is organized perfectly as I and my wife wishes . The security around and inside the property is in high levels . The property is clean in general.

Beautiful place. Amazing Neighbours. Peaceful, quiet, and a very safe community with staff willing to keep you comfortable at home. I love the way the kitchen is set up and how everything is spacey in the living room. The rooms are amazing. They fit any type of bed. The closets are space. The Temperature of the room goes under your own desired temperature. I am proud to be part of wellingtons family.

This is a great apartment and the management is absolutely wonderful. The location is ideal with shopping stores, auto repair shops, running trails and more being within 1 mile. I love it here so far.

The location is ideal if you are working in Cambridge or the city. The units are nice but could use some upgrades. One thing that is not great is that the apartments are loud.

I absolutely love everything about Wellington Place. The people are so friendly, it' the best location. The amenities are wonderful and so is the parking. Anytime I have tan into an issue with plumbing or really any maintenance they are always quick to respond and help.

Wellington is a fabulous, convenient, safe and modern place to live within minutes of Boston. We've been living here for over 5 years and truly feel part of a great community. The staff and management are dedicated, helpful and kind. The amenities are incredible (gym, pool, dog park). And the location with ample parking is unbeatable. Everything you need is extremely close by, too (grocery stores, shops, restaurants, great walking paths). Highly recommend living here!
