Old charm, close-in apartment =)
Great inner SE location - bus/bike/walk anywhere in less than 20mins, lots of local bars/hangouts/microbreweries within a stone's throw, 2 parks nearby, street parking available, Wi-Fi included in rent (GREAT bandwidth - seriously - all tenants can be streaming Netflix at one time w/ no interruptions), gas stove (for all you foodies), secure bike storage room, garbage/recycling, on-site laundry. Apartment in itself is absolutely turn-of-the-20th-century charming. Hardwood floors, black/white linoleum kitchen/bathroom, spacious. Fellow apartment peeps are kind and the neighborhood is very safe. This is, hands down, one of the most favorite locations/apartments in which I have ever lived. =)
