The building is always clean, I am always able to reach management when I need to or I hear back in a timely manner, it’s quiet here and management is on top of things like noise, or unauthorized people in the pool, grilling area, etc. Maintenance requests, of which there are few, are addressed with results quickly. Highly recommend Wedgewood!!

Such a great place to live. Everybody is so nice and the staff is very friendly . They keep the place very clean and picked up, any type of maintenance request are Always handled fast. All I can say is it's a really cool place to live

The utility’s and amenities work great, beautiful entrance, medium sized gym. The only concern is that the walls are pretty thin so you can hear other people while in your unit.

So far I haven’t found anything not to like about this place, the manager is so kind and was understanding in my requests first moving in since I drove half the country to get here. The apartment itself feels very well maintained and is peaceful which helps me get into a nice full nights rest. Overall for my first apartment in Minnesota I love it, it’s been so great and I feel comfortable.

The Wedgewood Apartments is a beautiful place called home. Everything I need is right in front of my eyes, the "mall community" that has a lot to shop around. Costco, Menards, banks, TARGET, Home Depot, different stores such as Petsmart, clothes stores, Kohl, Best Buy, Aldi, Walmart, Cub, and so many more you can shop around; it is right there and takes me a minute to five to get there. Lots of good restaurants, too! Wedgewood residents are so friendly and respectful. I see many cute dogs walking with their masters, and I enjoy seeing dogs with personalities that match the masters. The patio is filled with beautiful furniture and a fun environment to relax or chat with a friend. Come and visit and move in.

I’ve lived here for 2 years and love it so far! The apartment building is very clean, quiet, and perfectly located in relation to the parks, restaurants, and shops in the area. I love it here! I lived here for a few years, moved out and had to come back. Management responds right away. Maintenance is great. Shared areas are kept clean. The walls are thin but my neighbors don't really bother me. This is the only apartment I would recommend to family and friends.

I absolutely love living here. The common areas are always clean, the pool is always kept up as well as the gym too. The staff is easy to get ahold of and pleasant to work with! My husband and I bought a home but we will miss our unit here so much.

Really love this place, nice neighbors and a great property. If you have kids, There’s a nice park right behind the building as well with a baseball field(can you remember when you were a kid going to the baseball field with your friends). There’s and amazing pool that’s kept care of, as well with grills to cook some bratwurst on a Sunday. The rooms are very nice and comfortable, I’m a stay at home dad so I would know very well with me being here so much. The landlord is amazing and great with responses to email or calls, the maintenance is pretty fast and quick and clean. The grass is in great shape but it is chemical treated if that might bother some folk.

We really enjoy Wedgewood. They have great amenities that include a pool and gym. The apartments are also freshly remodeled. We have only had a few maintenance issues with our washing machine and shower. They are good about coming to fix things quickly after a maintenance request has been sent.

As new residents here, my children and I are more than pleased. We had to move here without much thought and have been more than happy with our new beginning. It is very quiet and cozy. As with any old building we do hear foot steps and general movements, but overall have been extremely happy with how quiet and cozy this place is. Blessed to call this place our home.

Just moved into Wedgewood park apartments. And all I can say right away the office staff was great and helpful. Residence are helpful and kind. The area is amazing with everything you could ever want near by! Riverdale mall is just waking distance from here!

This place is absolutely beautiful, and the location is nice. The security for the place seems top-notch as well! Whoever runs the leasing office, however, is not the most responsible or at least doesn't follow their stated office hours. I was interested in renting one of their apartments, and I called their office to ask about an apartment tour. The first time I called, I was sent to their "After-office hours voicemail" when the office shouldn't be closed for another two hours. They didn't even call me back after I left them a message with my name, phone number, and my reason for calling. I had to call them again a week later in order to schedule an appointment with them to tour their apartment two weeks later because their other weekends were booked. When I arrived for the apartment tour, the leasing office was closed -- the lights weren't even on. They didn't answer the intercom when I dialed the number to the leasing office. I waited for 20 minutes before leaving because no one was showing up. I don't know what the apartment complex is normally like, but this was disrespectful and irresponsible in my eyes; and I don't even know if I can trust the staff there as a resident if I couldn't even get them to work with me for an apartment tour.
I recently moved to wedgewood park apartments and I absolutely love it. First, the location is awesome. It is so close to l the grocery store, lots and lots of retail stores, and so many restaurants and you can walk to a good amount of them. The apartment complex it's self is very well maintained and in good condition. I love having the outdoor pool to relax and the gym to get my workouts done. The apartments have nice spacious layouts and I was excited when I found out the apartments come with a storage unit. They are cat friendly, with a fee, but one of the lowest I have seen. Lastly, the staff is very nice and are always quick to respond to me when ever I have questions or need maintainance to check something out. The office also sends out monthly emails to inform everyone of what's going on in the community!
