I have lived here for over ten years and absolutely adore this place! Honestly, it doesn’t feel like an apartment. There are no long hallways and huge parking lots to make it feel like a hotel! It feels like home. And these apartments have a lot of variation; they are not cookie cutter. My covered parking is just outside my front door. When your guests visit, they’ll enjoy ample covered parking. The pool with fountains is gorgeous and carefully maintained by maintenance supervisor Dave, who has also worked here many years. Dave addresses your concerns promptly and can fix basically anything! Debra, the office manager, has been here as long as I have lived here and is professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and accessible! She will listen to your concerns. This location is fabulous within walking distance to HEB, Walmart, CNB, great restaurants and more! There are constantly updates and improvements to this lovingly maintained property! Don’t miss out!
Debra (Leasing manager) and David (Maintenance) are both awesome. It is a small community that is quiet and does not feel like a typical apartment complex. The units are airy and bright with fast internet available 300mgbs. The grounds are kept clean and the tenants are respectful we spent 2 years here and it was as close to a home feel /culture as you can get in a apartment. Service was very personal unlike most property mangers and maintenance experiences. Highly recommend! John-
My family and I moved out Colony Townhouse apartments in May 2019 after a 3-year stay. It saddens me to write this review, because before the end of our lease, we had overall enjoyed our experience there. The complex is quiet, and the manager seemed friendly and agreeable (Our only issue with her was that she was often unavailable-she was the only office staff and was not always in office during her scheduled hours). Moving out of complex turned out to be a nightmare. Although our lease was up in May, and we gave the proper 60-day notice, we were charged rent, water and trash for June (which was no way compliant with our contract). We were also sent a ridiculously expensive bill for supposed damages and repairs that were not either not needed, or not our fault. Our carpet, for example, was already slightly stained and worn when we moved in--after we left we were charged $412 to have it replaced. A toilet was also replaced on our dime because of a crack in the side that was already there when we moved in (we even had pictures...it didn't matter. They wouldn't budge). After fighting the bill as best we could, we still ended up owing almost $2,000 to the complex. Never mind getting any of our deposit back. In the months before we moved, we had been warned by our neighbors that the owners of the complex had greedy and dishonest motives. I am here to confirm...they were right. Our rent was already increasing by $50-100 every year, so I am grateful that my family was able to move out when we could. If you do choose to live at this complex, please, beware... and be aware of what you are getting yourself into.

It saddens me that someone can right a bad review when they clearly left the apartment in a filthy and unlivable mess. I have photos of this apartment if anyone would like to view them, they are available at anytime to prove the review was not true. I always, because of situations like this, take before and after pictures of each apartment. The pictures are dated and time stamped for proof.
